I tried to place an order on the electronic kiosk but I couldn't customize it so I wasted about 5 minutes fiddling with that So then I had to go to the register and waited for my turn. I didn't have fast food today.
Food great. This location just needs more personnel. Crew was simply overwhelmed, so service was slow with many people waiting quite a while. Also, inside, it was absolutely freezing. No way it should be that

Since Covid, the McDonald’s on Whitemarsh has had some serious issues with personnel and food. They are getting better personnel so they are at least opens regularly now so here’s hoping the upward swing continues.
