St. Neo's Brasserie offers an impressive dining experience with a variety of creative and delicious dishes. Standout meals include the incredible diver scallops, flavorful yellowtail tuna with Panko and wasabi mash potatoes, and the light yet flavorful crabcake. The artisan salad, white stone and Delawares oysters, and she crab soup are all fresh and tasty. The sea bass with pesto and risotto is perfectly cooked, while the pork chop, although slightly overcooked, is flavorful and not tough. The Foxy Thief cocktail is a refreshing choice. The service, led by the remarkable server Tylor, and the cozy atmosphere make for an exceptional evening. Highly recommended.
