“Update to my previous review. After going back to Sturbuck to speak with Mgr about my drink and sandwich, she corrected it, she was very nice. She had my sandwiche made fresh and hot and my strawberry refreshing she apologized about it, I thought it was a bug, she explained that it was a coffee bean and gave me another drink and even upsized it. I have deleted my previous negative post because they made my morning and I am thankful for that. Kudos to great and attentive customer service.Also thank you to Management for responding to my previous comment and reaching out.“

“Craig was a helpful, friendly rockstar barista today, and I greatly appreciate the decaf suggestion! Caffeine late in the day will keep me up all night! The warm, frothy Decaf Brown Sugar Oatmilk latte hit the spot on this cold January afternoon. The sprinkle of aromatic cinnamon had me happily reminiscing about the recent holidays. This location on busy Bay Street has a very long central banquette dotted with tables and stools and a large fenced in patio with plenty seating with outdoor tables and chairs. “An oasis for a traveler/vacationer. Disappointed they weren't open in evenings. Town has to do something about the overwhelming homeless population. It's quite a distraction from the charm of this historic town. Great staff here though. (Typical of this chain I suppose.) This group really seemed to enjoy their work though. However the other two in the area weren't as well staffed or managed as well imo.“

“Asho and Chandler are amazing & the staff working today around 04/15/2024 @ 10:24. Todays staff is what this location needs, other days we’ve been there and this staff is not working orders are wrong, attitudes are terrible & you pretty much can’t ask for them to fix your order or anything like that without them making faces or rolling eyes(Takeevia) . We will continue to go to this location with the hopes of seeing Chandler & the other staff member that was working today.“
“This Starbucks is located inside of Target beside the Savannah Mall. Definitely a smaller store than the typical but service is always quick although they do get very busy! Mobile order is available but it is turned off during their busier hours which makes sense when they have 20 physical people standing in line. I do find that they run out of the pastries fairly early but that's understandable as the store is half the size. Always good customer service and always clean. Plus it's inside of Target and you get the great mix of popcorn and coffee. What's better than that!“
“The young ladies behind the counter were very kind, efficient and knowledgeable about the products. I got some kind of barista blend that had brown sugar, blonde shots, and a little caramel drizzle. It was delicious! Of course I probably used up all my calories for the day on this one medium-sized drink, but it was worth it!(I gave the atmosphere 3 ⭐s bc this Starbucks is inside Kroger, which is very busy and noisy)“
“A terrific experience today with friendly, quick service, no line (at least not inside) and a tasty frozen drink! Ordering a frozen drink, and not coffee or tea, is a first for me at Starbucks! Their frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade (150 calories) was refreshing on this hot humid summer day. This is a larger Starbucks with quite a few small round bistro tables, plenty of indoor seating and an outdoor patio with umbrella shaded tables. Several customers are working on their computers, reading or simply visiting with a friend. You'll be happy to know it's comfortably cool inside - on this steamy hot day!“
“I love love love this Starbucks (the one by the planet fitness) everyone and I mean EVERYONE who works there is so sweet and kind. I have never had an issue with them in the few years I have been going to this location. They are always friendly and I really wish other people would take notes from this place on how to be kind and caring to customers. Eveyone does such an amazing job. I think everyone needs a raise here. The amount of work they do and still have time to be get the drink orders in is just wow. I love all of yall and it makes me happy to come in and see yall ?“

“The young staff here is amazing! They were out of a ton of stuff this morning (not a fault of their own) and i could see the stress it was causing but both of the girls working were nice, professional and did their best to please the customers, even the rude ones.Wondering where the manager was during this though.. It was unfortunate to see the 2 of them under so much pressure and having to explain to customers that it was not their fault that the online ordering system was no updated.“
“I absolutely love Starbucks and it's really cool to have one inside of grocery stores such as Kroger. The lady who made my drink was super friendly! She even wrote "Happy Birthday Emilie" on my cup which made the experience even better“

“I realize I'm a little behind with the times, but I FINALLY completed my 1st mobile order & picked it up in the drive-thru! The whole process was SUPER easy! Just added my drink along with any extras to it, found a yummy bakery item, quickly added funds to my gift card, and clicked which star rewards I wanted to use, if any, then submit! I jumped in my vehicle, and 2 minutes later, after giving my first name in the drive-thru, a cheerful barista had my perfectly made order waiting for me at the window! All this, and I never left my pj's and slippers!Very simple process, awesome staff, and great early morning coffee!“
