very disrespectful staff and manager. the new egg rolls they push? were close to burnt. will not return with such mgt in place.
Good hot food served fast. Did the drive-through with a couple of rewards and management took over the register I was very accommodating, professional, and friendly, I really appreciate that. I would send a letter to Zaxby’s because she was so genuine, however even at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday I don’t know her name and I’m having trouble finding it. But this is definitely a good Zaxby’s to give your business too.
