I went to Zaxby's on Friday night because I hadn't been in over a year and hadn't eaten all day long. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. I ordered a meal and chedder bites. The fries were thrown over top of the sandwich and were all broken. They only had ranch to go with the cheddar bites. I hate ranch with a passion. It's annoying they always tell us to pull up and park with no one else in line. Then they make us wait 10-20 minutes and the food is always cold :(Parking: It's always full of people waiting for their food to be brought to them.

I went to the drive-thru and the little young lady with the pink Locs was amazing and friendly. The other staff stood behind her on their phones. Every time I go inside or to the drive-thru they’re on the phones or with ugly attitudes. As if they don’t want to be there! Lack of urgency to clear orders. Highly unprofessional, except the young lady with the pink hair.
