This is the coolest Zaxbys interior I've ever seen. The employees were very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I'd eat here again. 4 stars because the fries were not fresh and were slightly over cooked. Also, there were only 2 pieces of celery with my Wings and Things.

Ordered a Zalad through the drive thru. Once I got home & opened my Zalad I noticed it was a lot of old and wilted lettuce. Called to see if I could get a credit for next time and the manager informed me of the new policy regarding COVID so I would have to drive back to the store to return the Zalad. Went back up there just so I could get a full refund. Unsure if there's new management, but I had an awful experience and won't be returning.
