“Just ate here and have to give it one of my best waffle house experiences I've had. Multiple servers were attentive to us when we walked in, the food was hot, fresh and massive. My gf had an omelet that I had never seen cooked that well (my standards might be low haha). Nothing was burnt or missed. Demetra was an awesome server and made us feel very welcome.Since we just moved into the area, it's great to find a local waffle house that's good. Looking forward to coming back.“
“You can smell the barbecue from the road. The ribs are well seasoned, fall off the bone tender, good cuts of meat.Mac and cheese were decent, better than expected, and flavorful.Staff, professional, friendly, and responsive. They were able to answer questions about the food and were willing to make recommendations.Price was competitive, and food was of good quality.Physical restaurant, not my cup of tea, but that is just a personal preference. There was nothing wrong with it.“
“This is one of the best places in Winder. This and their steakhouse next door would be considered great anywhere! The crepes are perfection. The filet and salmon is to die for. I love eveything about this place down to the silverware and place settings. Don't miss out on their Latin Steakhouse right next “
“Amazing!! From the moment I walked in I was treated like I was family. I asked for recommendations and the Double Smash Burger was the choice. It tasted so good and don’t say no to the chili on the fries. It’s a lot of food but you don’t want to miss this delicious topping.“
“Smoked chicken salad was good but not as good as I remembered it to be. I got 1lb 1/2lbs for $31, and that included a tip of 18%. For the quality and quantity, I felt it to be high, but then chicken salad was expensive at Aldi last time I shopped.“
“Right off the top... Sunday dinner starts at 11, so if you want to get in somewhere around then, show up at 1030! LOLCharming setting of an old house converted into a restaurant. A lot of decorative touches help promote an atmosphere of country living and dining. You pay on the porch and then wait to be seated. DJ was the seating hostess and well in control of who was going to go where. She was very sweet. The buffet was everything country and done right. Tried to get a bit of everything to critique, but couldn't quite get to it all. Oh, but if you have the option to get strawberry cobbler when you're there, get it. Really.“
“Excellent food and a great place for oysters on the half shell. My only criticism is pricing. It's expensive. But food is good, portions are nice and service is very good. Maybe if there was a lunch menu?Items run $20+ each, and up from there. $20 is on the low end.“
“Excellent restaurant if you are in the Winder area. I can't vouch for all locations but there are big differences between locations. The Winder location was great. Besides the fact that their Cuban is not really from Cuba like the menu states it was still delicious and the fact that it was bogo night for wraps made it better. Go see Samaria and get her to tell you about the wonderful deep fried cheesecake they no longer have on the menu. LoL!!“
“Wow! Their chicken is slept on ! Amazing food especially their homestyle chicken! I got the Tenders plate tonight and wife got the house salad w fried chicken, we called in and the lady was very nice and stated “it will be ready in 15 mins”Showed up 8 mins later as it is right down the street and the food was packaged and ready on the takeout counter! Great value and great service to match ! These tenders are HUGE!!!“
“Love popping into Akademia for a quick beer and appetizer! They have a solid menu - we love the pretzel and cheese curds. They have a great selection of beer as well - they have an assortment of IPAs, but we love hefs and stouts, and they have a few solid ones on tap. The Skål is a solid hef/wheat and the JavaKong is a great chocolate imperial pastry stout with zero bitterness. Another good dark is the MACcident/Cheers to 6 Years is considered a barley wine mixed stout. The servers are great too - Chontelle is awesome!“
“What a classy place! it was awesome! Farm to table food which I love supporting local farms!! The schnitzel was great and the German potato salad awesome! My date had the shrimp and grits and she said it was phenomenal! Then the dessert with the scoop or cookies and cream ice cream with espresso poured over the top was outta this world!! Thank you bistro off broad! Best first date ever“
“We have never had a bad server, John B took great care of us tonight! The food is always consistent and delicious. There is never a long wait to be seated.Dietary restrictions: I’m GF and never have an issue!Kid-friendliness: Our kid loves the croissants and the cheeseburgers, as well as watching all of the TVs.“
“Went with the wife to kill some time on a Friday. Our drinks were great and Jessica the bartender was very nice. Alex and Sidney helped us with our appetizers, which were amazing. We had the shrimp and ahi tuna. On the way out, we talked to Mars, Brandy, and Lauren. Mars and Brandy had both waited on us before, and I remembered how attentive and happy they were. Everyone at Twenty7 is friendly and acts like they want to be there. Thank you for a great experience.“
“We had been craving the buffet and finally made it out and it was closed because a car drove into it! So we made our way back a week or so later and the experience was sub par...some items we love were not available and some items were REALLY salty. Also, it isn't the restaurants fault but there were children running around everywhere which made it difficult to get to food and even walk around. The meal itself was just ok but I've been there before and it was awesome. We love yall and drive around 30 mins to visit and I was sad it wasn't as good as it usually is...Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and options to make salads!“
“Only 4 because breakfast did not seem their specialty. Chicken strip biscuit was good but tasted like it was more of like a bar/pub than a country style and was half the size of my usual place and cost more.Would definitely return and try lunch though.“
“I've been there serval times it is a great local restaurant excellent breakfast menu love their biscuits and gravy and their bacon I love it crispy and I get it that way every time they have a great lunch menu too. Check them out sometime you will make them your favorite place to eat.?“
“Food took a little longer than expected, though to be fair, it was the friday night dinner rush so I suppose thats my own fault. However the service from our host and server was AMAZING. Our server was Lamar, he was super kind and welcoming. Even gave me and my friend suggestions on appetizers because we had a hard time deciding. He answered all our questions regarding the menu. Lamar is the epitome of excellent customer service. Great server and very accommodating despite the dinner rush. We never ran out of beverage or anything else we needed with him serving us. I think I enjoyed the customer service more than the food, HAHA. Anyways, food was amazing, just a little wait to it. Atmosphere was easy on the eyes with nice dark colors and warm lighting. However, what this review really is about is the amazing customer service we received from Lamar and the other servers. Hopefully LorgHorn's management sees this review! Lamar the GOAT(Greatest of all time)“
“I do delivery from Uber.Always check with them before delivery sometimes they short you on food or drinks. I’ve had one occasion where most of my chicken wings or not there, and the drinks have been opened or not tightly secured. So when you order from them for delivery and the note part right, please secure my food securely. Sometimes I think your food is eaten out of. I have experienced that.Kid-friendliness: Most children love their buffalo wings.“
“Great place to get a good burger for a great price. The only thing I have to comment on is, the lighting could be more brighter and warmer inside during the night. The slightly dim white lights makes it seem gray washed. If a bit of orange colored lights were introduced, I feel it would be more welcoming and compliment the wooden walls. Beside that, everything is great. Highly recommend.“
“Ruby Tuesday is pretty good in general. This one has great service and pretty good food. It suffers from the usual problem of these types of restaurants: sticky and torn menus, not super clean, overcooked food. The menus are always torn, sticky, broken, etc. The tables are also sticky and the silverware is just clean enough but not amazing. Finally the food is good, but some dishes feel like they were nuked in a microwave. Overall it’s a 4 star for a Ruby Tuesday type place.“
“Waffle House Bogart is wonderful! With my two daughters and a friend, we had a lovely visit with Maddie as our waitress. The food was DELICIOUS! I ordered a bowl with hashbrowns, egg, cheese, and bacon. It was so good. The cook was friendly and very professional. The staff were amazing! Thank y'all for a great experience !“
“Has to be one of my favorite places to dine in. I went here to eat after graduation. It has a great atmosphere and wonderful service. Everyone working there is kind. Especially Dizzy (between you and me she was cute), who kept apologizing for the slow service, but me and my family kept on insist it was fine. We need more kind people like her around. So overall, I would highly recommend to check it out.“
“Everything I tried was delicious. Definitely worth coming backEdited to give one star for service. Waitress was blah and another waitress was just rude. Almost bumped into my daughter and didn’t stop or say excuse me, just kept going. I’d still come back but don’t expect better service next time“
“This is a great little hole in the wall diner. Their lunch buffet had several meat and veggies as well as banana pudding. The smoked chicken legs and okra were surprisingly good. Not fancy but satisfied our "meat and three" craving. Tea was also good. We will come back again.“
