“For fast food it was good. Stopped by on 2/1/2024 went inside to use the kiosk machine to order a chicken sandwich meal. The machine did not complete my order tickets said go to open register. This was at 2:06pm. No help left at 2:30pm. This store off of Stone mountain industrial.“
“One of the things about an experience at any restaurant is the interpersonal reactions, or lack thereof with restaurant staff. While I had excellent interaction with the person handing out food at window 2, the person taking payments in window 1 simply put her hand out the window to accept my credit card. I never saw his/her face. The food and coffee were as expected hot and ready to eat. I truly wish the people at the windows were ready to greet people as they come thru with even some kind of smile and kind word, I love to give it back to them. How else can we cheer each other on in the daily grind?“
“I bought some 2 medium fries to go with my dinner. When did the medium fries start looking like a small. I was disappointed. They didn't taste like they used to. I haven't been to McDonald's in a year, but I was quite disappointed.“

“I mean, it's McDonald's... You get what you get. However, I will say that when I stopped, they had a drive thru line that wrapped around the building almost twice, while the lobby was relatively empty. But, these young men and women was on their game and hustled everyone through and was almost caught up when I left. The only negative I can think of in MY experience is that better care should be practiced when throwing out old food instead of serving it to customers ( I ordered a 20 piece Mcnugget and about a third of them were cold, hard, and stale). Otherwise, keep up the hustle....“
