“Food was delicious. Had the honey garlic shrimp and broccoli sweet potato. Server was nice but forgot a few things and had to be reminded. Other staff was nice as well, helping where they could. Place is small and homey which I loved. The menu is small as well with some items not being served at lunch. Parking is free and mostly street and some had limits on time.“
“Calaveritas never disappoints!! Everything I’ve ever tried from them has been amazing. This time we got the carne asada tacos, quesadillas and chips & queso. Everything was delicious. It was the first time I’d tried the queso and it was so good. Also their new spot is so cute and their staff is always so friendly and helpful.“
“Love Waller's so much!! They have so much space and no super bright harsh lights so it's perfect to work on my computer here. The baked goods are all made in house and so tasty. My favorite is the spiced chocolate chip scone. The coffee is great and lattes not ever too sweet. The chai has a good mellow spice flavor. They have tons of fun events every week and lots of parking spaces. Even when it's busy during an event I'm always able to find a space.“
“We loved this place! They have many types of pizza but the gluten free pizza was our absolute favorite. Also love the vintage Pizza Hut decor. The place reminds me of pizzerias in Canada. They have lots of great options which also include things for vegan and gluten free folks.Dietary restrictions: Vegan, gluten freeKid-friendliness: They even have a vintage arcade in the back.“
“This is a tasty Korean place in Chamblee. The A1 and B1 combo plates are a great value, and so satisfying. Our kids were thrilled to see Aloe Vera drinks on the menu, and of course, Sac Sac Grape! Our food was ready quickly, and the Kimbap, Gimmari, Beef Bulgogi, and Gochoo Chicken were all delicious.“
“Absolutely fantastic spot! Creative and delectable dishes at surprisingly affordable prices, and delicious craft cocktails served up in an intimate environment. If I have one complaint, it's their seating policy. They don't take reservations and they don't have a hostess, so when you show up, you're competing with others for the next available table. It's...suboptimal. Nonetheless, definitely worth checking this place out. I'll certainly be back, but probably on a week night to avoid fighting fellow patrons for a table.“
“Menu amazing. Only had a beef arepa. Was pretty good, but was not given what I ordered. After eating and thinking it wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting, I overheard someone asking about the Thai sauce and remembered my Arepa was supposed to have it. I asked the mature lady that appeared to be perhaps managing the front? if they normally put it on the Arepa or on the side. She said we don't put it on any more. I said but that is why I ordered it. She said you could have asked for it! I said they should let people know, she said instead of changing all our menus they can just get it on the side if they ask for it. No apologies. Justifications only. All the other staff were wonderful so don't let that bother you too much. Maybe ask if everything is correct on your choic s tho! Then, I left my purse on the chair. Called back and nice young person assure me they had it. Came to claim it, another server went back to look for it behind counter and in back. The aforementioned lady pointed to the shelf in a window...outside the counter, in the area people can hang out! Just sitting there out in the open for anyone to open or take! So I just had to share. SMH. I still have 4 stars because everyone else was great. But, if an item is different than the menu, you tell the customer. EVERY SINGLE TIME. No excuses.“
“We stumbled across this ice cream place by driving by during a visit from out of town. Little did we know they were 1 minute away from closing - we got to the window and realized that it was 1 minute from closing so we were just going to leave (never want to be "those" people) - The lady inside insisted on serving us and told us that it was no problem at all. We chatted while she was scooping our ice cream and learned that she was the owner here and has been in business many years. Our ice cream was SO good and priced well! We will definitely back during our next visit to Chamblee/ATL!“
“Beer is consistently exceptionally good, usually with a decent variety of choices. Space is small and cozy, and open to the outside. Branded disc golf equipment available for purchases, and there's some used equipment and a practice basket set up in the parking lot. Also a grassy/tree'd outdoor seating area. One of my favorite breweries in Atlanta (if not my favorite).“
“I had the hummus, the lentil soup and grilled vegetables. I had been hoping for some vegan baba ghanoush, but the menu stated that it had yogurt in it. The hummus was much better than your average store bought hummus. It came with pita bread and a few olives, if it had included some cucumber slices and celery sticks it could probably be a meal in itself. The vegan items are not labeled on the menu, but the staff were friendly and answered questions.“
“I'm not sure how this does not have a higher rating - we landed here on a time crunch, after trying to visit another establishment that was not moving fast. We are so glad we tried Salaryman! Great, welcoming staff, chill atmosphere, and delicious food. The rock shrimp app was perfect, my guava cocktail amazing, and our main meal absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend.“
“Best ice cream ? Vanilla Shai I ever had tasted it's as good as it looks delicious ?????? I'm coming back again thanks for the ice cream ? it did lift my spirit's a little bit from this VIP Queen treatment like myself thank you so very much best customer service too ? all five stars across the board ??????????“
“It’s a nice and a new place . The ambience was somewhat retro and modern at the same time. The serving size of drinks is big and everything was great. I went there with family and had Matcha latte, their boba tea with hibiscus in it and a blueberry cucumber sparkling drink and everything was great. Not very crowded and good place to chill and talk.“
“When I first started coming to Refuge it was little more than a food truck and a generator powering industrial-strength fans that forced hot summer air over a beautifully painted mural and some Ikea tables and chairs. This place reflects some of the best of things about Clarkston: small beginnings, but great people, great food, and a good heart. Today I had a Chicken Samusa and probably one of the best cups of espresso I've had anywhere in the world. If you want a treat-yourself experience, get the Almond croissant and a Cortado. You won't be disappointed.Located conveniently in the heart of Clarkston with easy access to 285, a bike trail reaching from Stone Mountain to Avondale, and much more, this little spot should be at the top of your list of must-experience places. Grab a cup of coffee and a good conversation, and stay for lunch at one of the many amazing restaurants that are just a short walk away!“
“Never in my thousands of days did I dream I could get a perfectly laminated and baked croissant outside of Europe, NYC, or a specialty bakery, but I did 15 minutes ago here. Sorry no photo; I was done savoring every crumb before I even thought about getting out my phone. The care and pride that they have in service and quality here is something you just don’t see today. Honestly, I haven’t seen it in 20 years at most coffee shops, and I was a well-trained barista and cook back then. This place is special. Keep it alive, keep it well funded, and just keep going!(Literally still breathing in the parchment paper my pastry was wrapped in. Mythical.)“
“We have been going to Java Saga for over two years and the food is always amazingly delicious. Friendly service, and everything is made fresh to order. Not only is the food wonderful but the coffees are amazing too. Their new location on BuHwy has limited indoor seating as well as some outdoor tables.“
“PERC has my heart This location is perfect and has great access to parking both a few spaces for street parking in front and a parking lot behind the building. The space is great with available seating and sufficient plugs to charge. The food was great.. I got the Breakfast Burger and Chai Latte and my friend got the Crunchwrap with the Good Times Latte. We raved about our food!! We will be returning The service was very patient with us while we decided on what to order and quick service! Would 10/10 recommended for a cafe date or to spend some time away from the typical WFH life!“
“We came to Leon’s for dinner and it was great! My wife had the duck and it was fantastic. I ordered the hangar steak and really enjoyed that too. Overall, great restaurant for a nice (but not too nice) night out.The cocktails were also really good. We had a wide variety of drinks, and each one was unique and well made.Wheelchair accessibility: This restaurant seemed to be very accessible for wheelchairs“
“Their food was excellentWe had them cater for our party. The delivery was on time, the food was more then sufficient and the taste was just like home cooked food. Some of the guests at our party wanted the contact number to be able to order food from Desi Hutz! Thank you for the great service!!“
“Tried it out. The meatballs are amazing! I got the spicy ones "in the hole" (comes in a boule). Nice and spicy, soft. Also got the pizza. While I liked the deep dish flavor and crunch without it being a deep dish, you only get 6 pieces for the price. Seems like there should be more? Also got the donut dessert, yummers! You get 4 of those but they are filling! Overall great experience ordering ahead and picking up (it was ready when I got there). I'll stick to the meatballs and maybe a sandwich.“
“The vibes of a pub mixed with some innovative food options.Came here with the family on a Sunday night and it was warm enough that the outdoor seeing was open. The beer menu is decent with quite a few local options on draft. Make sure to check though as a few were tapped out for us.I had the Smoked Wings and loved the flavor. Just the right amount of spice to give them a kick but not so much you can't enjoy them. They have an entire kids menu as well with quite a nice selection. My kids got the cheeseburger and fish and chips, with the latter being so good I'll be ordering the adult size when I come back.Parking: There's a lot next to the place with quite a few spots, with plenty of street parking nearby.Kid-friendliness: There's an entire kids menu with many options.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be easy to enter and enjoy in a wheelchair with a good amount of space inside.“
“Owner and staff were amazing! Went in for a quick shake to curb my sweet tooth. As soon as you walk in everyone greets you with a smile and is polite and patient throughout the entire process of me figuring out what I wanted. They even provided recommendations based off the level of sweetness I wanted. Everything tasted fresh and rich. Will definitely be making this a regular stop whenever I need to get my sweet fix.“
“This little corner of curry is everything! You will not regret going at all. I couldn’t stop at just one bite, almost forgot to get a picture because of it.Vegetarian options: Diverse vegetarian options for those that want a full experience.“
“Me and a colleague visited for lunch on a Thursday. The service and atmosphere was amazing! The food was good but not as good as I was expecting. The sweat potato fries were really good but shrimp tacos were just okay. It was missing something. My colleague did enjoy her grouper and coleslaw. I would recommend this restaurant!“
“Excellent place with wonderful owners and great beer. We consider this “our” place as this is the first brewery we started playing Cornhole at, so We decided to have our wedding and after party there. They exceeded our expectations with the set up and serving all the guests beer and helping out however we needed it for the big day. All of our family and friends told us that the wedding “was so relaxing and fun” Absolutely love the owners and the staff.“
“Cute little coffee shop right across from the farmers market. Prices were a little high but my salted caramel was coffee was really good and not too sweet. They have a really good espresso machine in there and they have some seating but it’s a bit of a tight fit.“
“Omg the ice cream was sooo good I wanted to order at the window to sit with my ice cream and enjoy the day but we were told to go thru the drive thru it’s ok cause there was only one worker so I didn’t have a problem with that she was sweet.“
“By far my favorite brewery in Atlanta. A great variety of beers and fun flavors that you just don't see often with other breweries (especially the sours!). The atmosphere at this location is very nice and relaxed and there is often a food popup outside (though there are light snacks inside as well). The bartenders are friendly and patient. Bathrooms are very clean.“
“Was visiting Atlanta from NYC and researched a green tea ice cream place and this is a gem. Amazing green tea ice cream. Not too sweet and not too bitter, just perfect. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for green tea ice cream… go here ?????“
“WOW. I got the chicken burrito, carne asada fries, and carne asada Sopes and am absolutely elated. Everything was packed to the brim with super fresh ingredients. The meat was seasoned beautifully and cooked to perfection. I will most definitely be eating here the next chance I get and definitely want to try out their entire menu.“
“Had to go out of our way for this pie, but it was worth it! Nice wood fired oven, an excellent salad with really good tomatoes and a reasonably good pizza. I prefer a pie done a little more, but will let them know next time that we go, and we will go back!“
“Best brewery I have ever been to. Amazing servers/bartenders. Definitely a 100/10. Would not choose anywhere else but Tucker Brewing Company. Staff is the best to a solid T. They are respectful, fast and amazing customer service. Very family friendly and pet friendly. Bring your cats, bring your dogs, if you have a pet squirrel, bring em. Endless choices on Beer but highly recommend the Southern Heaven Hefeweizen. Very crisp with a hint of banana aftertaste.“
“I’ve been to Little Cottage several times. It’s a great brewery. I’m burnt out on the IPA scene, so I almost never order them anymore, but their IPA selection is so good I always order two or three here. They usually have 3 or 4 on tap at any one time. The other beers are great tasting too like the Kolsch I ordered in the picture. They always play metal, which I love, and the artwork on the walls is awesome. My girlfriend hates metal music so much she prefers not to visit here as frequently so I mostly come alone, but she even admits the beer is excellent and she knows nothing about beer. Shout out for the clean restrooms and the baby changing stations too. It may seem like a hardcore place selling IPAs and blasting metal, but the people are super down to earth and don’t take themselves too seriously. Come check it out! There’s two other breweries within walking distance (or super insanely short drive) so it makes for a great triple pairing. It’s become my birthday routine; saving Little Cottage aka the best for last!“
“The food is always fresh and delicious, the cooks are AMAZING ...love the chill laid back atmosphere, the servers are pleasant and the drinks are really good, I recommend the expresso Martini, and as far as the food, you can't go wrong EVERYTHING IS AWESOME. I visit as often as I can this is definitely one of Oakhurst's gems ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“Absolutely my FAVORITE coffee shop in Atlanta metro! Not only because of their incredibly yummy Golden Latte and Caribbean food with some Brazilian favs thrown in the mix, but more importantly, because of the people who run it! Victor, the owner and Juan, the best barista ever! They are some of the kindest, loving and generous people you will ever meet! They have welcomed me and my ATL Crew of actors with opened arms and the best sense of community It's our favorite place to relax, have coffee, food, conversation and even work from our laptops. I just can't say enough about this wonderful coffee shop and community staple in Decatur. If you haven't visited yet, please do so ASAP and give Victor and Juan my regards!“
“I'm always on the hunt for a cozy Cafe that's close to home to go do some work. The Dancing Goats in Decatur is definitely ideal to meet up with friends or just go by yourself. I like that it's near some good restaurants such as Chai Pani and Farm Burger. If you don't like those restaurants, the cafe is only 3 blocks from the " heart of Decatur " where you will find more restaurants and other stores.Atmosphere: The cafe is much bigger than it seems from the outside. There's different types of sitting from communal tables to comfy single armchairs to high top tables by the windows. There's a comfortable and lively vibe. You will see students and professionals there. Just be for warned that it's not the quietest place to study or work so bring a headphone. You will hear music and a lot of conversations going on.Service: I have never had bad service in there. All the barristas are friendly, nice, and patient, especially Jade! She makes delicious drinks and gives the best customer service. She's very patient when you ask her questions about the drinks. Kudos Jade.Food: I really can't talk much about the food because I only had a bagel. It's just a typical bagel. Nothing fancy. So if you are looking for a comfortable and friendly place to go do some work, hang out, and drink some good coffee, stop by there.“
“Maureen and Nicole, with Ivy Tea House, recently catered a baby shower luncheon for me. All the food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!! The guests raved after each new bite! Maureen and Nicole, are not only talented chefs and bakers, but a joy and pleasure to work with throughout the planning and entire process. In a few months, I will be working with them again for a Bridgerton themed bridal tea - can't wait!“
“Great atmosphere with light music playing. Comfortable seating areas, couches, tables, a few seating spots out front, and comfortable seating areas out back. There is a covered area out back too. Dogs are welcome on the patio. The drinks and food are great!Thank you!“
“Delicious food. Delicious drinks. We got the pretzels and beer cheese, Bahn Mi Sliders, and burgers. Everything was DELICIOUS. The pretzels were soft, buttery, and perfectly salted with flavorful beer cheese. The chicken of the Bahn Mi was crazy tender. The burger was juicy and perfectly cook.I admit I wasn't expecting food like this at a brewery, but I was pleasantly surprised and I will definitely be coming back. 10/10 ★★★★★★★★“
“The food was delicious. Service was great. Only downfall was that I was too loud for me. I wanted to enjoy the delicious food but sitting next to the bar was too loud. I would definitely go back during the summer and sit outside. We had the winter menu definitely try the jalapeño cheese beer soup. It was an amazing suprise.“
“** UPDATE: The owner (John) left his contact info, offered to provide a new order. He was kind enough to hand deliver an entire slab, to me!Much appreciated, John!Thank you ?? for making it right!***Ordered via DoorDash … rec’d Burnt to a crisp rib order. You should be ashamed to send such an order to anyone especially to your delivery customers who are unable to have any recourse or return the inedible meal????“
“First time here, we came for lunch on a Sunday. We started with Chicharrones. They were fresh and well seasoned. We ordered the Pitmaster platter to share. They were out of turkey so we subbed xtra brisket. Meat was lukewarm and felt like “leftovers” vibe. Ribs were dry. Pulled pork, sausage, wings and brisket (if warmer) were the best. For the sides, they were out of the jalapeño creamed corn and collard greens so we got the coleslaw, green beans, Mac, and potato salad. These sides were alright. Coleslaw was the best imo. Green beans tasted canned and lacked flavor. Potato salad had too much mayo and lacked flavor. Mac lacked flavor and when heated up later was very oily. There were a variety of sauces, Alabama (liked), house (liked) Red chilli pepper (liked- kind of a spicier sriracha), Hot mustard (too vinegary for me)I’d go back to try other menu items but not really the best first impression for me.“
“The Chicago dog isn't a legit shytown dog. However ... The sport peppers are real, they are not easy to get. And the thing is massive and delicious. Eat it. Bacon cheese fries? Obviously. The burgers are so good, they'll lower your IQ.“
“Food is great for who is looking for an original churrasco from Argentina or Uruguay. If you do not eat certain parts of it, they are willing to change it.Service is really good too. One or another server might not be the totally fluent in English but they handle it super well and compensate with a good sense of humor and attention.Atmosphere is really casual.“
“Stopped in today for the first time and the place was Joplin which I expect is normal on a Saturday morning. I ordered Hashed Out and it was pretty good, and my boyfriend ordered the Kickstart breakfast. I also had a side of Fried Green Tomatoes. The FGTs were some of the best that I ever had and I would rate those 5 Stars…I will say that I felt the prices were pretty high, and that will prevent me from going back. $7 for 4 slices of FGT, $16 for Hashed Out and I think $14 for the Kickstart and then $7 for the waffle. The drink menu looked good, but we stuck with coffee and water.“
“Went with my husband on a date to the place. Food was delicious and the staff was great! I hadn't had duck before or if I had it had been ages and the Panang Duck was tasty as well as the dumplings. Yum! Ambience was lovely but the space in the restaurant is a bit tight. We parked in the deck which was $6 for the day.Parking: The parking deck is about 5 minutes from the Decatur Square which is where the restaurant is.“
“Great Irish food, great Irish atmosphere, Irish music, all of it. This place is authentic for that Irish experience. The St. Patrick's day celebrations are fantastic.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, which elevates this place for me. Families are welcome here.“
“Lunch today at one of the places I enjoy near Norcross: Gyro GyroHighs:This place has high marks on Yelp and for good reasonGyro (pictured below) was of good quality and portion sizeThe restaurant seems to be well run and cleanCounter person, Jill, was super niceLows:No paper towels in the men’s room while we were thereTemperature in the dining room was COLDWould I go back: Yes and hoping the two items above are corrected.“
“We celebrated my husband's birthday last night and it could not have gone smoother! Hayden was incredibly helpful and easy to work with before we showed up, letting us bring in food as well as use the chef on site. The spacious inside was perfect for everyone in our group (about 35 people) to mill about and listen to the live music (so rare at a brewery!). The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! They were knowledgeable and informative about all their options. The varieties of beers meant there was something for everyone and SO many of our friends were impressed with the choice of venue (causal and a local brewery vibe... the backdrop is all their brewing hard work, it's cool!). It was pouring and cold out, but it didn't dampen the mood. It would be great during a nice day or even to come back and grab a few with some friends. Highly recommend!!! Thanks for helping make some great memories!“
“Now this is a great spot. Great atmosphere, good food, fast service, fair prices, and a great time for all who enter. I will definitely come back and you should stop by too. The only downside I could find is it is a cigar bar so if you don't like smoke you probably wouldn't enjoy as much as I did. I was here for karaoke night (Sunday) and everyone was having a blast. I look forward to my next visit. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly. Definitely a much better spot than that awful bar Eastside Station(oh and it doesn't cost 7 effin dollars just to get in). Don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself!“
