When the manager realized it was an American Express card, she promptly apologized and informed me that they didn't accept American Express.I used another card and completed my purchase. The manager apologized once more and thanked me for my patronage. I ordered an apple pie as a quick snack, I received it complimentary to make up for the inconvenience.“
“Sometimes when dealing with food and restaurants it is not the error but it is the recovery. I came to the Popeyes location at 5094 memorial drive and I had an issue with my order and I followed up with the customer service team at Popeyes. The manager reached out to me and we had a great conversation and she rectified the situation with ease. Marquita is awesome and she changed the negative into a positive“
“Fantastic! We stopped here on our trip and the place was clean and the food amazing. I would recommend to corporate that they better define the place where you stand in line to place the order and add kiosks for self ordering. The manager was very attentive and checked in on the guests to make sure they were happy with everything. If the Popeyes next to our house is this good and they will gain new customers for life.Kid-friendliness: This would be my biggest criticism about the chain they need to offer kid size portions and tenders or nuggets that are not spicy since she thought the original was still to spicy.“
