Cathy was exceptionally professional, understanding, and kind, when she came over to our table, to talk with us. She actually thanked me, for letting her know of our issue. As she said "she can't know things are going on, if she's not made aware" So please, before leaving negative reviews on here..please, take a minute to reach out to Cathy, beforehand. I'm betting, if it's a complaint Cathy feels is true, honest, and warranted..I'm sure she will do her best, to make it right. Last night, we had an amazing time. Our meal, was amazing. “Best island food I had in quite some time. Top 3 in Middle GA easily. The staff were very hospitable and took the time to explain their menu to me. I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. You get your money worth when you eat there. Try the oxtails, cabbage, and potato salad when you go.”

The restaurant itself has the Mexican theme you’re looking for to add to the experience. The chicken enchiladas and I had the carnitas plate. Both meals were the real deal. Made from scratch excellence.

“Don't let the rough looking outside deter you from coming in. Inside is clean, modern, and decent size for at least 20 tables. They execute the Mongolian BBQ concept pretty well. Some places give you separate bowls for raw meat and raw veggies, not this one though. They have pretty much everything that you would look for at a place like this, at least 12 sauce choices plus 4-8 seasonings. $9 for lunch, single bowl and $12 for dinner. Order the starch (rice or noodles) on the side and they add it to your finished bowl.”

We don’t care too much for the rice but get it sometimes because the fries are never good. Today they were all short and not crispy. Neither of us ate our fries. “I had such a wonderful experience at Olive Garden, and a huge part of that was our waitress, Kharimza (please forgive me if I misspelled her name!).

My niece chose Olive Garden for her birthday dinner, and as someone with a tomato allergy, I honestly never thought I would step foot in Olive Garden. However, from the moment we sat down until the moment we left, Kharimza made the experience exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my dietary needs were accommodated. My meal was prepared and brought out separately, which gave me great peace of mind.

What impressed me most was her attitude. She is truly a ray of sunshine! For a college student, she already possesses the professionalism, kindness, and customer service skills that will undoubtedly make a positive impact wherever life takes her. You can tell she genuinely cares about people.

To top it all off, the staff sang to my niece for her birthday and made her feel incredibly special. It was such a pleasant and memorable evening.

I sincerely hope to return before Kharimza heads off to college because I would absolutely request her section again. If you visit this location, do yourself a favor and ask to sit in her section—you won’t be disappointed!

Every little detail was thought out even down to adding the Wicked rings, which made it extra special. Seeing my daughter’s face light up when she saw her cake is something I’ll never forget. “Just wanted to take the time and give a huge shoutout to Jeremy and his team at Gregg’s 2.0. SERVPRO of Houston County is on a huge job right now with a few hundred people working. Jeremy’s team provided us with hot meals on more than one occasion. Don’t sleep on their burgers, they are seasoned and cooked perfectly! Bacon was crispy, eggs over medium were cooked perfectly, toast buttered just right. My grits were on point. My wife’s food was just as good. Hash browns were perfect, usually a lil too oily for my liking at this establishment, but these weren’t. Sausage was perfectly cooked nice crust yet not over cooked. Waffle was perfectly cooked and fluffy. And my food was all to-go. Just had to leave a review which I never do. Great job y’all.”

“On a Saturday this placed opened 10 minutes late,
Then we are greeted by a young lady that said it was going to be a 10 minute wait because she was alone. And then she made our one and only drink wrong. When we tried telling her she wouldn’t listen and kept insisting it was correct, it was for my 10 year old daughter. She gave it a try but it didn’t look like the drink or taste like the drink. She hated it, so after a brief visit to Lowe’s we circled back around because I was going to just get my money back because my daughter wasn’t drinking it. Would you believe that when we got back there 40 min later after we originally received it mind you, they were closed again. At 12:40 pm on a Saturday.

The owner reached out to me after this review and made things right for my daughter. She loves the Oreo wows and they replaced it no problem. I appreciate that and I hope you guys get staffed! Thank you for making my little one happy.”

“We stopped in on a Saturday after we came up just for a day out. We grabbed some lunch at Saigon and followed up with a dessert at the peach cobbler factory! My husband got the pecan praline cobbler with ice cream. Of course it was amazing. It was not overly sweet like pralines can be sometime. It was fresh and war and beyond delicious! I ended up getting the New York cheesecake pudding shake! It was literally the perfect consistency. It wasn’t too runny nor it wasn’t too thick! They also have the perfect milkshake straw, which is bigger than the average straw! It was amazing. I didn’t have to wait for it to melt. I just enjoyed it right there while my husband ate his cobbler and we share.! the New York cheesecake bites that were in it were beyond amazing. They tasted so good! The prices are very reasonable for this experience! A highly recommend this place! we can’t actually wait to come back!! but all means feel free to be one to Lauren’s County!”

“It's been years since I went to a Steak and Shake because the last one was awful. Dirty, slow and just bad. This one, however, is emaculate. Clean, friendly and just fantastic. “Jersey Mike's is my favorite sandwich shop.
I don't even know why. It is just so simple. Yet the sandwiches are so, so good. The bread is fresh and tasty and, since I always get the number 13 combo (and it is far from unlucky), it is a protein monster. There's five different cold cuts on this thing and it has the complexity of a nice Zinfandel as you have all those flavors of ham and prosciuttini and cappacuolo and salami and pepperoni wrestling around with the fresh tomatoes and lettuce and The Juice. It is absolutely divine.

The folks making your sandwich are great people, too. They don't ignore you when you come in and they do a great job of taking care of you.”

“I had an experience Friday night @11pm on the 24th at this location. I ordered pork chops eggs and hash browns. The food had too much oil very greasy. The food was also cold and my eggs was taken and laid on top of the grill instead of being freshly cooked. I told the chef or the cooker that it was not to my lacking but I would pay for the coffee. I did pay for the beverage. Unfortunately, they wanted me to still accept the food and pay them 10% of whatever the cost of the food was. I declined. Since I declined to not pay for the meal or saying that I would not pay for the meal, they in return took my tag number and called Warner Robins Police Dept on me. When the officer arrived he asked for my side of the story I advised him that I would not be paying for the food .. At the end of the conversation, the officer had listened to both sides advising the manager , it would not be his right to make me stay away. He told her the establishment would need to do it. This was the worst experience I have ever had in my whole entire life for just a plate of food. this totally embarrassed me for the law to be called on me..”

We've lived here in The WR for nearly ten years and we've been coming to this particular restaurant for several years before we got here. The wait staff is great.
