“I came here last night with my husband. We had a very short wait and great service once inside. You order on your phone but our server was happy to help us with ordering or providing recommendations. We had the Hurricane Roll and the Baked Dynamite. Both rolls were delicious! We are only here for a short time and may come back to visit again!! When we told our server we were on our honeymoon we were surprised with a yummy dessert! Great spot for sushi!“

Please make your spicy negitoro a regular menu item! 🙏 They recently started doing ochazuke that you can add on for $3.5 and it really ends the meal on such a mellow note. They also have a special during Monday through Friday where their ikura shower add on is just $5 instead of the full $9.8 but only for an hour from 6pm to 7pm.“

“This place is where Kuru-kuru used to be. They revamped the place by taking away the conveyor belt and converted it to sit down style.
The food was amazing! We had the bento with the tempura, sushi plate with hamachi, salmon and ordered spicy tuna nigiri (this one was the best). You can also mix & match the sushi.
The fish was fresh and tasty and the tempura was one of the best I've had; the batter was thin and flavorful.
Miso soup was very tasty and the tea is free.

“Absolutely love this place — the food tastes even better than I remember. I asked if the cooks in the back were the same crew, and they introduced me to a couple of the workers: one who’s been there over 30 years and another for 25 years. That kind of long-term dedication really shows. A lot of the staff even live just a couple minutes away in the houses right behind the restaurant, which says a lot about how much this place means to the community.
The ingredients have clearly stepped up too. The chicken is noticeably larger and juicier than before — everything just tastes fresher and more flavorful. Highly recommend.“

“Amazing and affordable food, big portions. You see what you buy. Best food we had in Hawaii so far. It's usually warm but they can also put it in a microwave. You also get a free water with a bento box. No place to seat might be the only disadvantage. Recommended!“

I ordered the Tempura roll, Rainbow roll and Negi hama bento. The chef added an extra piece of fish on the Negi hama and a whole ahi roll for free! (Greatly appreciated). The free hot green tea is a nice touch also for sure. Will be back for sure the next time sushi calls to me.“

Must try their oxtail pho! Oxtail has a lot meat and pcs. So far I have not had highblood when I finish my oxtail pho which is good that’s why I keep coming back. I know that when I finish my bowl I won’t have any problems (but that’s my experience). Pho Time is my go to for oxtail pho, bun bu hue, and pho in general.

Our 3-year-old enjoys the hoki fry, ebi fry, and French fries, so there are good choices even if your child isn’t ready for sushi yet. She also loves watching the food arrive on the train conveyor belt and pressing the button to send the train back after we take our plates.

The restaurant has high chairs, booster seats, and restrooms available, making it convenient for families.

“Excellent curry and crazy big portions! I got the spicy chicken cutlet and it was absolutely perfect. Naan bread was warm, and serving size was enough for two full meals. It was slammed when I went but still got my food swiftly.

The only downside is that it's take out only. Plenty of seating inside but you have to take your food to go. Maybe they don't have enough staff, but hopefully they get that worked out soon. 10/10 would recommend if you're jonsing for good, Japanese curry
