“I loved the food, atmosphere and most of all the service! On vacation in Hawaii and our final lunch spot was here. Random stop. When we goggled their menu.... it looked amazing. We get there, and they did not disappoint. They gave us some samples to take on the road with us. They were the greatest! Stop in... you won't regret.”
“Food is exceptional. Showed up as a picky eater. No fish. Food here is so damn good I've started eating new foods and have been at this sushi spot well over 50 times in the past 4 yearsGo to's are-Calvin's choice-SOS-Red Dragon-Spicy AhiBut holy S#!T the food here is fire a must whether tourist or live here best damn sushi on the island, always playing fire kpop music going goblin mode and great vibes. This place is a MUST puts dorakus to shame plus, fraction of the price. Get you some good a$$ sushi and stop by.”
“Incredible food and friendly service. I cannot impress thru words how awesome Chelsea is. She went thru the entire menu and spoke on any dish I asked about. This is our second time as the first time was take out and the food was incredible. I dined in for breakfast and the food was incredible again. We moved here from Europe a few years ago and really appreciate the healthy style of cooking they do versus the normal sugar / salt / fat / fried food. All I have to say is come and just come and try it. It is great.Finding Sweet Corner Cafe is a little tricker. It is down the inclined drive and in the basement of the building off the street. There is a vertical banner with a Lucky Cat at the top of the drive by the street. I just parked on the street and walked down the incline to the entrance on the side of the building. There was a cat (Biggie) hanging out by the door and Sweet Corner Cafe is just down the hall with a sign above the door.”
“All the pre-set menu items look delish. Service was super fast and the staff were nice when I entered :) I got the veggie sandwich whole and it was HUGE. Like totally worth the price. My partner got the hula sandwich half and it was delicious. We were already in the area for the vet across the street so it worked great to stop by Ohana sub. Better than most sandwich shops on Oahu ❤️”

“Refreshing sugar cane juice in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii...Sugah Daddeh's Kane Juice used to be by the Starbucks by Anna Miller's. I saw the shop, but didn't have time. I told myself that I would return... especially because so many of my friends wrote reviews (Donna, Irene, Angel, Deborah, Gabriel, Rissa, Janice, Reuben, Tanyce, and Kyra).Today, I saw the new location at "Downtown Pearlridge". If you go to the mall, it's above Longs Drugs Store (that's where I usually park because it's covered). Go up the escalator, and the kiosk is by Guava Smoked, Hot Topic, and Aloha Salads. Looking at the menu, the Mason Jar is the best deal because you can get $2 off when you bring the jar back for a refill! I decided to get the Mean Buggah with blueberries, strawberries, pineapple, and calamansi juice. It was really cool to watch the gal chop up the fruits (to fit the boba straw) right there!Mmm! The juice was NOT too sweet, but just right - and it felt healthy - especially after reading about the benefits of sugar cane juice!I'm looking forward to returning and trying the other flavors! Note: açai bowls, Gelato, and sorbet are also available!”
“Our experience at Guibe CafeBehind Cutter Ford in Aiea. It's a small restaurant. They're open for breakfast and lunch. They have good quality food prices are moderate $$$I had the best Loco Moco with Wagyu beef burger and crab cake, fried rice and Gravy. What stands out about this Loco Moco is the gravy and the fried rice. It was delicious. My wife had the strawberry salad, it has delicious strawberry vinaigrette dressing and pecans. And her friend Peter had a aji salad it was huge. The portions are large and it is worth the money ?The restaurant is small so you may find yourself waiting in line outside. You can also do takeout orders too. They are getting a great reputation a lot of people know about this place. Hopefully they can find a larger location because the people will find it.You can go online and find Guibe Cafe. And check out their menu. We definitely will be back. Mahalo hugs Wes n Wanda Anzai - Mililani Hawaii.4-2024Vegetarian options: They have about four or five salads which are delicious and they're very large so you're going to get a lot of food ?Wheelchair accessibility: For regular size wheelchair it's pretty tight inside the restaurant. But they will try to accommodate you. You might have to wait.”

“Located in a small park like area with multiple food trucks and plenty of outdoor seating. I had the standard smash burger with fries and ate onsite. The fries where outstanding and I liked the burger as well. The bun was warm and tasty, the hamburger meat was very good and spiced right with some tasty cheese and their special sauce. There were two people running the truck and payment was easy and quick. Both people were friendly and that was appreciated.I recommend if you want a smash burger and some fries.Enjoyed my experience.”
“This was my second time here and the second time I ordered the American Roll. It was so good I had to come back. The owner was very appreciative on both visits. Would definitely recommend.”
“On 3/8/24 My husband and I were in this area and we stumbled across the food truck and we were so excited. We just had to stop by and purchase some malasadas. ?Located at target ?parking lot towards the rear.We hadn’t eaten lunch yet, so this was perfect to eat as a snack. We got the cinnamon sugar and the haupia. So fresh! ?and truly Yummylicious!! ?In my honest opinion, there is a difference between this one and the main restaurant off Waikiki area. This one was slightly more on the dense side (not terribly dense) which I liked. My experience at the main restaurant in Waikiki was not so great. Reason being it was not thoroughly cooked. It may have been rushed. The inside was still slightly doughy ?and I felt like I was eating halfway cooked dough. It was definitely not pleasant in my mouth, therefore, had to discard it.The one from this food truck was perfecto?. We loved it and we would return here again.Aloha! ????”
“Food fiend did a vlog few months ago on Catania Waimalu. Thanks Misty?when I went in after 12:30 I must've of missed the crowd inside and take out .Taste ? portion size ?can diffently do family style so you can try more options. Place is clean and tables not crowed together . Linda very nice❤ will be back to try out more menu choices. Lilikoi cheesecake delish ...maybe slice could be a little more BUT then again with the portion size of meal it may just be right amt. I had Spaghetti w/ meat sauce and order of garlic bread...if you a bread eater maybe 2 orders? check them out!Parking: waimalu always busy but people are picking up lunch and leaving so there's always someone leaving”
“Excellent service. Food was phenomenal with very relaxed atmosphere. Very impressed with my first Italian restaurant experience in Hawaii❤️Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating since we had two children under 3”
“We got take-out for the first time in a few months. The pizza was as good as ever - even better this time perhaps. The dough was just super fresh and chewy. My favorite pizza on the island with the spinach, garlic and fresh mozzarella.”
“Came here for the 49ers playoff game against Green Bay and had a good time. The place was packed but we had a good seat at the bar. The food and drinks were good at a fair price and the bartenders were quick and friendly.”
“Best place to eat in the pearl city area. My family has been coming here for YEARS! The food is always excellent and the staff is so personable. Such a relaxed atmosphere but great service and food.”
“Arrived and immediately seated, very fast service, great food and flavors, also free appetizers. Very open space and comfortable. Would recommend and definitely come back again.”

“Love supporting local businesses! The owner there Joe showed so much love for his food and his customers! The jerk wings were so flavorful and the meat was not dry! The hot links, a little spicy but also had great flavors! Would highly recommend the food there!”

“Very attentive and friendly service. Christmas Eve early dinner with senior citizens. lol. “We plates” were perfect to share. We had the kalbi, cheese pork Katsu, mandoo, lechon, Korean fried chicken and fried saimin. All freshly prepared and well seasoned. Beer selections were interesting!”
“Absolutely exceptional. I had the 'chili pepah watah chicken' with mac salad and rice. The chicken was juicy and mixed well with the rice. The chicken was a little bit spicy but the mac salad provided perfect, cool relief. ~$20-25”
“Staff was friendly and attentive, filled our waters multiple times. Appetizer arrived after our main dishes. Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) was exceptional. Their Pad Ped, which literally translates to “stir fry spicy” didn’t have the slightest hint of spice. Not a single chili. Perhaps they ran out of Thai chilis and served us anyways? We might try them again to see if this experience was a one-off, but will probably explore other Thai restaurants first.”
“Went here as a last minute dinner with a friend. The restaurant has a few tables to eat there as well as take out. I got the green curry which was on par with most Thai places. They didn't skimp on the chicken which I liked. We also got the fried tofu satay which was a first for me. It was ok, but this was coated with a batter(?) and not directly fried where the outside was crispy. My friend got the Gang Pa as something different. It had a lot of vegetables, but I didn't like the taste of the sauce. Never having tried that before, I can't tell if that's how it was supposed to taste. For me it was a good place, but I'll stick with the tried and true.”
“Fine dining presented by professional staff with top notch dishes. Highly recommend the Sashimi Bowl and Mahimahi with lobster and oyster sauce. The steamed clams were also choice as was Aunties Mai Tai and the gelato.Parking: Use upper parking deck for best access.”
“Literally come here like once a week! The gyoza, yakisoba, and Machiko chicken curry are soooooo good!! And they're open pretty late compared to other places!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to have good music and great food!”
“This place is a must try if you haven't been here. It's very simple. Grab a basket and fill it with whatever you want from many different choices of meat, seafood, and vegetables. But be careful, the price is based on weight. Take your basket to the counter and choose your noodles and soup base. The choice of soup base is great. I personally enjoy the lemon grass soup the most. They also serve non-soup items. To top off your experience, you get a free shaved ice dessert. Yes, I said free dessert! I frequent BYOD and will be as long as they are still around.”
“Of all the seafood boil places here that I've tried, this is the one we frequent every month. I love the quick service, the good food and pricing is worth every penny. I love a place that the food tastes the same in the restaurant and if you're ordering to go. The waiters are very prompt and attentive too.”

“Absolute best poke I’ve had on the island - went in and asked them to make their best poke salad and they did not disappoint. My husband got the shaved ice and said it was super delicious and a generous amount of it. Highly recommend and will definitely come back! We even were able to sit outside at the picnic table. Great staff ”

“Best shaved ice on the island, by far. So glad we discovered this place. We've tried plenty of others across multiple trips to Oahu and nothing else compares. The owners are lovely people and it was nice talking with them, but the food is where it's at.”
“Love supporting local businesses! The owner there Joe showed so much love for his food and his customers! The jerk wings were so flavorful and the meat was not dry! The hot links, a little spicy but also had great flavors! Would highly recommend the food there!”
“While on vacation here in March 2024. Our tour guide brought us here and highly recommend their locally made ice cream. ?I got the ube single scoop on waffle cone. My husband got the cookie dough single scoop on a classic cone. It was very delicious ? and I can tell it was homemade. We would definitely return on our next vacation ?”
“I I dined at this restaurant, the kimchi, seven, and Thursday, March 21. The food was awesome. I mean talk about lots and lots of food. I got so much food with one entrée that I took at home was able to eat the rest of it for dinner, and then even some more for breakfast the following day. I had their Mucho chicken and their vegetable tempura. I found them both to be awesome. My son had the chicken Katsu and his wife had meat June.”
“I really enjoyed the food, especially the fish maw and chicken rice noodle dish and the soufflé pancake dessert. Having been to China, I can tell you that the rice noodle soup is really authentic, they captured the flavor and the essence of the Yunnan. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated with Chinese décor, and the workers and owner(s)? where really attentive. It was not busy when I first sat down, but throughout the meal more and more people trickled in. I did not try the appetizers this visit, and that is definitely something I would like to try time. And yes, I definitely will go back to ten second Yunnan again. And another thing, just a warning for those of you who don't eat spicy, the golden hot and sour soup was too spicy for me, but that's just me (did not order this myself but I did tried it).”
“A little off the beaten path in an industrial-ish location. Blueberry muffin was excellent. My husband enjoyed his filled donut - the pastry cream had a touch of citrus. Delicious!”
“Ordered takeout after walking up and down the area. We couldn’t decide on what to get so we got a bunch of food. All of it was delicious. The poke bowls were our favorite. Everything in it went so well together and the portion sizes were perfect per person! The kalbi was tender and tasty. The Mac salad was made with spaghetti noodles. That was a first for me. I liked it a lot. It’s a bit pricy but the portion sizes and flavor made it worth it. They taped everything down for our drive home. Wish we were closer, I could go for another one of their poke bowls!”
“Cece & family were so kind. We tried several different treats & all were delicious! They were having a paint night when we stopped by & it looked so fun. They chatted with us for an awhile, very friendly! Highly recommend!”
“Had happy hour steamed shrimp & tender fried calamari - excellent- rack of baby back ribs was awesome with yummy Brussel sprouts. Our server Keaka was sweet, always checking on us and efficient. Great food & service. The 32oz Mai Tai was fire!!!!”
“Ok. Found this place in a Yelp search under "Korean Restaurants" and I got to say, it's not a Korean restaurant. It's a local plate lunch place. A good one at that. Even though I live nearby, I haven't tried this place before. I had the mix plate (forgot to take a picture). This is definitely a place to come back to. Things to know. It's take out only. Parking is limited but there's nearby parking and even the small parking lot in front has a quick turnover.”
“I always enjoy coming here for local comfort food. All the aunties there are so kind and make sure you're taken care of while you eat.I definitely recommend their won ton saimin with extra veggies.”
“The food is always good. Our favorites are the fried chicken, lao sausage, and cashew nut chicken. Sometimes, there's only one server, but they are very polite and efficient and not the kind that get grumpy because they're the only one on the floor.”
“We got take-out for the first time in a few months. The pizza was as good as ever - even better this time perhaps. The dough was just super fresh and chewy. My favorite pizza on the island with the spinach, garlic and fresh mozzarella.”

“I ordered a kid's meal and it was just the right portion size. Not to mention, it was very tasty! The service of the food was a very short wait time. I did ask for very crispy fries, which I did not get, however they were not soggy, so not too bad. Unfortunately, the food vendors are disappearing. I can recommend Charley's as a good choice!”
“The hunt for the Squishmallow Happy Meal toy...This location of McDonald's is currently under renovation. Only the drive-through is open. That's fine. I can still order on the app and get points that can be traded in for free food and beverages!I ordered a 4-piece Chicken McNuggets and diet coke. To be healthier, the Happy Meal has a sliced apple option with a half serving of French Fries. Yay! The apple slices are peeled.Good luck to this Aiea location on the renovation! I'm sure it will look beautiful soon!”
“Food is great. Everything taste as it should. Service this time was very fast and neat. The ambiance is inside a malls food court. Place is clean. Food is fresh. Cooks in the back work very hard and look like they enjoy what they do. Can't go wrong with the one choice bowl and I love how they ask you to round up you total and donate it to charity.”
“The search for Happy Meal toys in Aiea, Oahu, Hawaii...Located on the second level of Aiea Shopping Center, this McDonald's location has drive-through and dining-in options.Inside, the restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious. The Christmas decorations were still up... which gave the place a festive atmosphere! The worker was good about telling me which Squishmallows they had. Currently, on 12.29.23, they had FiFi (the red fox) and Sunny (the yellow bee). They're both cute!I got a 4-piece Chicken McNugget box and Sweet Sour sauce with a diet Coke. The peeled apple slices kind of balance out the half-portion of French Fries... haha!I'll be back if I'm I'm the area and if there's another enticing Happy Meal toy promotion!”
“The manager working on New Year’s Eve evening shift deserves extreme credit - he has excellent customer service! He addressed a minor order discrepancy with extreme professionalism and put the customer first. Of course the food is great too - hot, fresh, and delicious. But I really appreciate the manager’s dedication to service. I wish I had gotten his name but mahalo!”

“Ice Garden in Aiea is a true hidden gem that holds a special place in the hearts of locals and regulars alike. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, this charming spot has been my go-to for years, and for good reason. Their array of icy treats is unmatched – from refreshing shaved ice to creamy flan, there's something for every palate. But it's not just the delicious desserts that keep me coming back; it's the cozy ambiance and welcoming atmosphere that make it feel like a home away from home. Whether I'm catching up with friends or treating myself to a solo indulgence, Ice Garden never disappoints. If you're in Aiea and craving a sweet escape, do yourself a favor and uncover the magic of Ice Garden. You'll be glad you did. Always #7”
“The Best food !! Truely Wonderful people and Service, I love this place because of the quality of their food , and they take special pride in treating the customers with respect and with a friendly smile. ALWAYS.”
“I've been trying to come here for months since seeing they were voted the #1 Roast Duck Shop on O'ahu. They didn't disappoint! Their roast duck was succulent, juicy, and perfectly flavored. I also got the roast pork ends and it was good but I'm going to try it again when it's nice and hot - I know it will be great. The char siu was awesome. It was moist and flavorful, not hard nor dry. Looking forward to it all again.”
“It's our go to pho place. And I love the mango smoothie and they are the only phon in Pearl City that does Uber eats so we've ordered out from this place a lot.”
“Not sure how to update my other review, but I had another opportunity to visit Brug, but this time around 1015am. There were tons of their special Seal bread. The facial expressions were cute. Had to get two different ones. Hahaha Will be back again for more! Check em out!”
“I stopped here for some pork hash and manapua. I love this place. The pork has id way larger than the ones at 7-11 and about the same price. The manapua was ono as well. Service was fast and friendly. Parking can be a little tight, but I've always been able to find a stall. I meant to take pictures but ate all of the pork hash and manapua before I got home. I git no self control.”
“Best spot for kalbi. Portions are big and everything was delicious. Most ppl place orders by phone. We didn’t and we had our food within 10mins. It’s takeout only. Will be back to try more things!”
“The coffe was really good and the entire place was really neatVegetarian options: There coffe was vegetarian and there abocado shake and shaveice is good tooParking: There is a parking spot right near the café and it isnt ammed that much and you Can just park your car and walk right inKid-friendliness: The staff are really kind só they don't really mind about anything just as long as no one is hurt”
“The food is soooo delicious! Well seasoned! The firecracker chicken is spicy, amazing! The macaroni salad with mayonnaise, Brazilian style. I also ordered the pork with onion and mushrooms, delicious!!! The portion is very large. The only catch is that take-away only.”
“Been meaning to try Guava Smoked. The restaurant itself is small. Drive-inn vibes with a few tables in the small space at Downtown Pearlridge. The person at the counter seemed like they were the owner and were very friendly. Ordered a mix plate with boneless chicken thighs and pork with mac salad and smoked fried rice. Also ordered the smoked salmon belly bowl. Prices were very reasonable. Our order came out quickly, and served to our table. The meat was very tender and tasty. Great smoke flavor but not overpowering. The fried rice was really really good, and the amount of meat chunks included in the rice was almost a 3rd choice. Smoked salmon belly was also really good. Mac salad was ok on its own but worked well mixed in with bites of meat/rice. Would definitely come back here. I've been missing out. My only wish is they had actual bbq sauce too instead of sambal and chili water.”

“This was a surprise. We were driving by after visiting the Pearl Harbor Memorial and was looking for a place for a quick bite.We were visiting from Michigan so naturally Googled for local places to eat with good reviews. This was quite close to where we happened to be and had real good reviews. When we drove up, I was bit puzzled since the bowling alley aspect of the "Aiea Bowl" never registered in my mind.So the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from picturing a restaurant/food court area in a bowling alley. Not the most cozy (due to the bowling noises) nor trendy (it's in a bowling alley!). But the food was quite the surprise. We were visiting Hawaii for the first time and wanted to experience places unique to the area. And the Loco Moco that I ordered fit the bill. It was very good. We also ordered teriyaki chicken and spicy shrimp dish and they were all good. They weren't fancy but tasty. This was a unique experience and I enjoyed it.”
“Absolutely exceptional. I had the 'chili pepah watah chicken' with mac salad and rice. The chicken was juicy and mixed well with the rice. The chicken was a little bit spicy but the mac salad provided perfect, cool relief. ~$20-25”

“Rock n' Sushi is my FAVORITE sushi spot on Oahu. I love visiting for birthdays, big celebrations, or just when I want a fancier dinner. Rock n' Sushi's rolls are my favorite things to order and I recommend sitting at the bar if your party is on the smaller end. Their rolls have a great mix of flavors and always HIT! I also recommend the miso eggplant, something so simple is SO good! Don't underestimate their desserts either, I always get the tempura ice cream and sometimes they have seasonal flavors from Lapperts. Service is normally good, love the man behind the sushi bar! Reserve ahead of time so you don't have to wait outside.”
“The Best food !! Truely Wonderful people and Service, I love this place because of the quality of their food , and they take special pride in treating the customers with respect and with a friendly smile. ALWAYS.”

“I really wanted to stop here because the ad showed souffle pancakes with oreos that looked soooo good! So I got the souffle pancakes, which took about 25 minutes. They were a little eggy not sweet. But the chocolate topping was very tasty. We also got a strawberry smoothie which was pretty good and my daughter chose the oreo smoothie. She chugged it down.”

“Me and my family go here for breakfast sometimes, and when we do,it's amazing.the service is fast even though they are packed, the food and service are good and fast.unless you are claustrophobic, this place is amazing.dont even get me started on the pie. They have a atm too.”
“Wanted to try the aiea location. Kahala location was outstanding, crispy on the outside moist on the inside. Aiea location, chicken was good and crispy but was slightly overdone with dry area right under the skin.”
“The manager Jay was super nice to us and the wait staff very friendly. I was there after a hard day at work to celebrate my daughter’s upcoming birthday and the food was amazing had such a great time”
“We've eaten here twice, the first time was excellent, the second time was pretty good, but the atmosphere was a little bit off.Normally I don't care too much about ambiance at a restaurant, but we were almost the only people in there and there was an older woman there watching something on a tablet, I think she was probably family. I don't mind that at all, but she had the tablet like REALLY REALLY loud. I mean REALLY loud. It seemed like some sort of game show or something, but it really made it hard for us to have a nice dinner. We're polite, and we figured maybe it was an older family member hard of hearing so we didn't really say anything, but I figured the owner should have realized how loud it was. It was just uncomfortable. The bbq chicken we got was pretty good, and the zucchini jun was good as well. My wife said the meat and fish just was just okay. We would probably order from here again, but more likely takeout.”

“Have to go here with every visit to the island. Just avoid the chicken strips. Way over cooked, hamburgers are excellent but ordered chicken for the kids, big mistake.”
“Exceeded my expectations in just about every way. Had the ny steak special, a mad decent meal for $10. Coffee was fine. Excellent service, good food, right price, and it's actually comfortable and inviting inside. Good work ?”
“Lori, Lala and Mena provided the most exceptional service (and even sat us and got us coffee while they were setting up). The food was served fast and hot. We will go again just for the customer service, mahalo!”
“Came on for"linner" at 2:30pm Tuesday. My wife and I were the only customers.Regular-sized meal provided big portions! Eg, 4 drumsticks, or 5 large meaty ribs!Served authentic southern tater salad, yum pork and beans”
“Great spot for quality Mexican dishes and drinks. Friendly and attentive Servers and a clean and cozy ambiance tucked away in the corner of the strip mall. We had the chimichanga plates with a side of guacamole which was a lot of food. Reasonably priced and there are so many other dishes that I can’t wait to try. We’ll definitely be back and with friends and family as often as we can!”
“I just found this spot in Pearlridge. It’s a quick serve Italian restaurant with great lunch specials. Half portion of lasagna and Caesar salad for $15 and comes with complimentary garlic knots! Overall the food was good and the service was great. Ask for Courtney, she’ll take good care of you!”
“Brought friends here for lunch today and everything was very good. We didn't have a reservation but were seated quickly. The broth and food are both delicious. Seafood and meat are all you can eat, and $34.99 is really a great deal. Their service is very nice!”
“Didn't wait long - only had two people before us when we got on the app. Fun because you can order online and your food comes in a boat. Quickly. Food was good, fresh. We enjoyed it all. Only disappointments were: Agedashi tofu sauce didn't have much flavor and the udon was a tad too Al dente/chewy. Liked that they gave us a lot of ginger and that the wasabi comes in a container instead is a communal pot. More sanitary that way.”
