It is really hard for my to write this, as I am not one to really complain about my food. Yesterday 07/06 I ordered a combination plate (fish jun, BBQ chicken, and added mandoo) When I received my order I questioned where the sauces and mandoo was and the ladies responded that it was inside the plate. Came here 10/12/22 Ordered fish jun plate but they gave me meat jun instead. Cashier wasn’t paying attention much to customers she kept talking to her co worker while taking order.

Ordered mini kalbi plate, my friend right before me ordered bbq chicken. Her plate came out within 5 minutes-hot, fast, what she had ordered. She ate her meal before I got up to stand by the pick up area, there was no one in line after my order until a woman came and ordered a vege plate and then a telephone order came in. At 10 minutes I figure they are cooking it, at 5 the forgot and it wasn’t ready for 20+ minutes until I asked for my $ back. WTH? Lost a customer- Terrible...read full review
