Fixings we're very fresh and was being refilled as I stood in line. One disappointment when it came to eating my sandwich is that the bread, while it was toasted was very hard and chewy. Which means old bread. It was flat, not fluffy, now that I think about it. Service, artist working hard as usual. Looks like they renovated the place after all these years. Menu changed. No pastrami. I park at the roof top of Pearlridge Mall... construction currently going on... the usual entrances are closed. Entrance door is at the very top of parking lot now. Located in the Uptown Food Court next to the Movie Theaters.I started frequenting here since it's been forever and a day since I had a good Subway lunch.I was surprised at how much fresher and tastier their ingredients are compared to other locations I've tried in the past.You can tell it's made with Love and Good...read full review
I wanted to go to Rainbows but my husband wanted Subway so I went to both. We haven't been to Subway since Covid started. Ordered a foot long Oven-Roasted Turkey sub for him. I had them add mayo, mustard, pepper, vinegar and 4 veggies...the usual way he orders his sub. He said it didn't taste the same...dry and hardly any taste so he was disappointed.
