“Came here on a Saturday night around 5:30 p.m. and there wasn't a line? Lucky us...they sat us right away! We ordered the Bottomless Chips and Salsa, Mushroom Swiss Burger, Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas, Ultimate Cajun Pasta & Strawberry Lemonade (free refills). The chip and salsa was good as usual...chips were warm and crispy. The burger was juicy, very tasty and cooked to perfection...my husband enjoyed it! My daughter always orders the Cajun Pasta...her favorite. She enjoyed hers as well. As for the quesadilla, it was tasty, lots of filling and loved the crispy edges...3 pieces satisfied me. Yay! Leftovers for lunch tomorrow! Our server was very attentive. When we were low on chips, she asked if we wanted a refill. She brought another mug of the lemonade when my daughter's drink was low.We will definitely be back!“
“Tlacuaches 808 is an amazing take-out restaurant hidden away in the back of Eaton Square! We ordered carne asada salad and tacos, and both were outstanding. We didn't expect to find good Mexican food in Waikiki, and were pleasantly surprised. Unfortunately, we only found it in our last night in Honolulu, but had we found it earlier, we would have eaten there every evening. The portions were large, and the prices the most reasonable that anywhere we found in Waikiki. We had as salad and tacos, both with Carne Asada, and both were amazing. The salsas were also excellent. It closes early, so get there early. It was also closed on Wednesdays. There are common tables that you can eat at, it was pouring rain so we just took it back to our hotel.“
“Found this little gem our last night in Honolulu January 20, 2024. A.T. the manager made it happen last minute for a table of 9 before we were heading back to Alaska. He was such an amazing host. The food was fantastic! When my 85 yr old mom likes the food… that says A LOT!! Will for sure return again!! Definitely recommend!!!“
“Overall it was very nice it was even nicer in one of the lounges. You had the option to leave the door open or close. The only one thing is we had asked if we could have the check in two seperate ways, one for food and the other for drinks but it came back as one check we needed to go so I had no choice but to pay that one check. If you are not going to seperate it don't take the other customer bank card to hold also.“
“One of the best stops at the local farmers markets. Their salsas are incredible, but sadly they don't sell them all at the markets. They usually have their pineapple and their original available, which are both good. If you order online, they have a ton of really interesting, delicious flavors. If you're at the market and looking for breakfast, their breakfast burritos and bowls are always awesome and filling!“
“well-priced food and great atmosphere. the ingredients were fresh and authentic, fast service, and there was no wait to getting seated. you have to get the jarritos drink. also, parking can be a bit challenging because it is on a busy intersection and limited space.“
“Tried almost all mexican food establishments in honolulu and Mexican restaurant is by far the best so far. All dishes served are just packed and juicy with flavor! Very generous portion. Good quality ingredients. Beautiful Mexican decor which gives you an authentic Mexican atmosphere. Delicious! Prices are affordable. Generous parking are available. Nice! Go there.“
“Lisa was our server and she made the experience there absolutely amazing. She deserves to be recognized as she was super attentive to everyone in our group including the children. We left our lunch super happy and shocked it was one of the best experiences we have had eating at a restaurant. The food was delicious and fresh.“
“We went today and had Quesadilla Salads. The service was fast and courteous. No waiting. Didn't need to remind server of anything. Salad greens were fresh and crisp. All ingredients were excellent. Nice to see other customers there!Parking: Parking along whole side of restaurant. Handicap spaces available.“
“I love moes, it’s probably the best food I’ve had in a while. I can eat here any day, because of my significant addiction. Service is awesome, with a greeting “Welcome to Moes!” The presentation of food does really feel like a buffet, and I’m in love with the quesadillas! 5 stars, would definitely recommend.“
