“Yooo! The 3 combo plate and the kalua pig plate w/ adobo fried rice ? amazing. My husband got fried chicken, lechon and kalua pig. All amazing and huge portions so we shared the entire meal and ordered the dessert, which they were kind enough to keep until we finished our meal. The ube ice cream was delicious and the glaze and crumbles were perfect fit. Big enough for 4 ppl but we finished on our own (mostly me). We didn't try the lemonades but i definitely thought about it.“

“We found this place on our way to the north shore via costco (for food pickup, totally worth it since u get a fair bit of Hawaiian local stuff there)Had the heart attack loco loco and shared it with my partner. was delicious, the beef brisket was smoky and a tad bit better than the pork belly. the combination was excellent and just enough gravy to make it a potent combo. We also got caramelized onions with it, worth it, should have also added the sautéed mushrooms (bot are an additional $, but worth the add). It's a small hole in the wall, but so so worth it. Just had a plate from ted's, and this was 10x better if not more“

“I went here because I had heard about it in a class I was taking and I was not disappointed! I had tried almost every type of lumpia on the menu and my favorite had to be the Shanghai and banana ones! The spot is cute and convenient, especially if you're planning a target trip! Wait time was not too long and the service there was great!“

“My husband's place to eat prime rib. He says, "it's the best he's ever had." I've tried some dishes, and everyone was good. But, my favorite is the stuffed salmon with garlic mashed potatoes. Service is always the bomb. Overall, it's just a great place to come and grind. You won't be disappointed.“

“We were tired from a day of hiking and couldn’t decide where to eat. We thought Filipino food would be homey and just hit the spot for us. Googled and this was the closest from where we were. Closing time was 8:30 and we’d get there by 8pm. We decided we’d take out food so we didn’t bother them too much. But when we got there, we were greeted with warmth and love. We said we didn’t want to bother them but they insisted we dined in. Food was great and fresh. We even ordered takeout for breakfast. I’d recommend this place.“
“First time coming to this place, it's located in Kalihi in a small little shopping center area on a busy street. Parking isn't too hard to find but the parking lot can be pretty busy. My mom recommended for me to go to North Star to try their Chicharon and they didn't disappoint at all! The skin was so perfectly crispy and the meat was so juicy. I never forget to get small side cups of vinegar, they pair perfectly together, They offer plate lunches as well but the chicharon is the star of the show in my opinion! The aunties that work there are so friendly and nice. A good spot in town to pick up Chicharon!“

“Majority of their menu is lumpia with a couple Filipino sides or desserts. I like that it's freshly rolled throughout the day and fried to order. Service is fairly quick. It's a small kiosk in the food court so it gets noisy with the various tourists and patrons.“

“It's so cool that this restaurant is open 7 days a week from 8pm till 3am. This place has good food, and big portions too. I got the regular roast pork plate...very big portion and very tasty too. The service was good and our food came out quickly too. The ambience was not bad. There was only one table with chairs to eat at. But most people just pickup and go with their food orders. I'll definitely be back to grab my late night food orders again.“

“M & N Filipino Restaurant located on North King street this is a very small restaurant next to Tamashiro Market and basically no parking lot everything is street meter parking except there is only one parking space in-front of the restaurant that has no meter.Inside is very small maybe 10 customers seating, it's a Old fashion family restaurant with local home cooking if you are not one that knows Filipino food you will be like me a stick with the normal Lechon Kawali which was very good they informed me it would take 5 mins but it was worth it because it came out hot and crispy, it was not salty and the sauce they had was different but very good! I added some fish sauce with the sauce and it was prefect. My wife tried the other dishes and she really enjoyed the Papaya chicken & Pig feet soup and the Inado she was enjoying it until the bottom sitting in the sauce was a little bit to salty for her.The cashier and waitress was very pleasant and nice.“
“This is our favorite place to get lumpia. My kids and I actually did a taste test comparison with 2 other lumpia places, and Alyssandra's came out on top! What makes it our favorite? The crispy wrapping (it's very flakey) and the pork filling is the tastiest and has the best texture. It's so cheap too, at $1.50 per piece! Located in the Pearl Kai shopping center, parking is super easy, with lots of stalls directly in front. Buy individually for a snack, or buy per "order" with comes with 6 pieces in each order. They only have 3 lumpia options: pork, banana and vegetable (which is pork and veggies, NOT vegetarian). Pork is our fave!“

“I love Alyssandra"s lumpia. I used to buy them all the time when they were outside of KMart. I purchase from their other locations at Waikele and Ka Makana. It was my first time at this location. Their lumpias are now six for $7.95. They have banana, pork or pork with veggies. I tried all three and they're all good. I prefer the pork with veggies and the banana ones. I placed my order with the friendly cashier. She told me that it would take a few minutes as she was going to fry them fresh. I waited about five minutes. The lumpias are so good piping hot out of the fryer. I also got free sweet chili dipping sauce for the pork and veggie lumpias.“
“This place has been my childhood, if anyone wants something authentic then come here. Also theres a tiktok trend going around with the chicharon and eat it with guacamole, it is amazing. Their service was very nice and very accommodating. Their place is very nice and clean.“

“I really love this place. The people are super friendly & helpful. The selection is awesome for people who love Filipino delicacies. It's like being in the Philippines. They have baka skin, kilawen kaldeng, kilawen baka, bulalo which consists of baka skin & delicious rich slightly creamy bone broth. Mmm delicious ! They also have a lot of breakfast selections which I need to go back & try. They have pancit too. Prices are average. There's a small dining area inside the shop. You'll see their food truck first when you arrive. They prefer cash but do accept card. You definitely won't be disappointed.Parking: Ample free parking available.Kid-friendliness: Children if all ages are definitely welcome here.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs that I can remember seeing.“
“For breakfast, a bowl of Pampanga Kitchen's Arroz Caldo (rice soup) is a great way to start the day. It's full of flavor, with generous amounts of chicken and an egg. Also included: two calamansi to jazz it up even more.Order and pay at the register first. Counter seating.Parking: parking may get tight later in the dayWheelchair accessibility: good accessibility“

“Still in the Cali time zone so finding something open in Ewa Beach before 6am wasn’t a fast food chain was awesome! The ladies helped me order and were super nice. Food was great. The shop was clean and organized. Will visit several times before leaving Hawaii ❤️“
