Lilikoi shrimp was hands down the best shrimp I at on the island.. and I tried a few places. I liked it better than the garlic shrimp. I wish I had gotten it by itself instead of the mixed plate.
I ate here about 2years ago and it was pretty good at that time , but not memorable. Had dinner here tonight and I was blown away! I got the garlic shrimp plate that included 3 sides. I chose Mac Salad(Best in Hilo!!!) Sweet potato (okinawan) & corn. They have other sides like kim chee & broccoli too. Very generous portions and everything was absolutely delicious!!! I LOVE THESE GUYS!! Always has been my one stop spot to get affordable plates of DELICIOUS foods!! Every time I come in, Aunty ( the manager) always notices me and greets me with a warm welcoming!! She's the sweetest person ever.. SO BE NICE lol but I really appreciate all her and her employees hard worker to provide such amazing food and service each and every time I stop by! No matter where you're from you should DEFINITELY check this place out!! LOCAL KINE GRINDS BRAH
