The staff and service at our Downtown Taco Bell have always been fabulous!I love to use my app, head through drive through, and it's a done deal.Perfect for a slightly healthier fast food binge lol.
I got rolled chicken tacos and they didn't ask me what kind of dipping sauce I wanted and also the window person was rude!!

I am vegetarian and always get the Potato Tacos, no chipotle sauce and they always throw down! Sooo ono ! Just do the self order and it comes out pretty fast !

Very slow ?I'm waiting 15 minutes sometimes longer. Would you wait this long for bean Burritos? Management needs to take a hard look at what needs to change ??

I ordered 4 veggie fiesta burritos with no cheese or sour cream.At the drive through order station I double confirmed that the order was placed and received on their end as having no cheese or sour cream.Upon receiving order after payment we asked that they made sure this was prepared with no sour cream or cheese. All four are filled overtly with double or triple the amount.I lost 16.29 on food neither I or my partner can eat.Vegetarian options: They will mess up your order every time. Unless you have time to sit in restaurant and check each food item before eating.

I've eaten food from here only a handful of times. I like the other Taco Bell on Kanoelehua much better than this one. Their food is much more decent than this Taco Bell. Got myself and my son some nacho fries earlier today. The fries were stale. It's not crispy at all. It's just soggy and stale. We even had to wait for it. What's the purpose of waiting if the fries were stale?? Whatever, I won't be coming back here again. If you want to eat food from Taco Bell, just make the drive to the one on Kanoelehua Ave....

i usually go during lunch hour which is why getting food is so slow. however, the first time i actually walked inside instead of drive thru a few days ago, there were only 2-3 employees working (1 was on break, 1 making the food, and 1 doing drive thru orders/window/cashier). i understand part of it is not their fault if they're understaffed or if that's only how many people are on one shift. so i'm not ~truly~ blaming them. i went inside to order a drink and a burrito, and waited 20 minutes. there's never someone at the register, you have to get the guy working drive thru window's attention to order. parking sucks. once you park if there are cars in the drive thru it's hard to reverse out. food is alright, tastes like fast food always does.Parking: <10 parking stalls

For "fast " food they couldn't be much slower. The problem is once you get in the drive through lane, you are stuck!!!.
