I wasn't feeling well, and thought I would order Pho through Express Waiters. It was my first time eating from this restaurant, and the Pho did not disappoint. We'll definitely dine-in as a family someday soon.

Very good restaurant, wait time was about 10 minutes, the pain was great, you got a big bowl and I can’t even finish it?, the service was really nice, if you come out from Hawaii volcano national park, this is your best place to go.Highly recommended ?

The person who seems to be in charge, and takes the customer's orders, needs to learn better patience. The food is great, but please don't snap at me because I order it, and you're out of it! Geez, hold the scoldings please! And yes, the portions have shrunk.

Food: Authentic, nothing overly done, very simple menu. Generally overall just decently priced and good. Pho (7/10) a lot of broth, nice and light, good portions of meat. Banh Mi (8/10) options are good, even offering Philly cheese steaks haha! I think they use Hellmans mayo but add in a little extra seasonings/aromatics in it just to help accentuate the flavor of it but I could be wrong, still good. Service: Quick! They waste no time to get the food out as soon as it's ready. Then again, they aren't as busy as I wish they were (hope their business stays afloat) but no complaints whatsoever. If you are southeast asian, you kind of get the gist of how their demeanor is (no offense intended) but it's just how it is (they aren't rude, if that's what you're getting from this review).Ambiance: I could care less if this place was an open outdoor kitchen, or next to the highway. As long as you got a place to sit and eat + no bugs invading my mealtime, it's all fine to me. A lot of open space, very clean, quiet.

I come here for the Satay Beef Noodlesoup. The first time I had it my mind was blown. Something unique and delicious that I cannot find elsewhere in Hilo! The broth was spicy and rich, the noodles chewy and al dente - YUM! Then the next time I came to eat them, the noodleshad changed. The owner said these weresupposed to be better, more fresh. But they didn't taste as good, unless they were over cooked and too soft? I'll give it another try. I hope they can be consistent with their dishes.I don't care for their grilled pork, the meat quality isn't great and it tasted charred and dry. Nothing special about their shrimp spring rolls, and they don't offer fried egg rolls which is a bummer. Very clean inside, brand new decor. This place has potential! If they do that Beef Satay noodle soup right, it will be one of those niche dishes people will crave and go out of their way for!

Great food and service. I love the sandwiches, pho and vermicelli beef. I wish they had fried spring rolls.

Really love this place. It's a cute "hole in the wall" place serving authentic Vietnamese dishes. It's a limited menu but the dishes are really yummy and tasty. My husband and I tried the beef and pork roll, meatball pho, van special and Philly cheesesteak banh mi. All of it was really delicious.I wish they served beef stew or spicy beef soup too and I bet it would be really awesome! There's lots of tables to eat indoor and it's clean and spacious. It's a good place to bring family and friends and quite economical.Support local and this restaurant!!!

Came half hour before closing and was still able to dine in. Tried the pho beef flank and Sate Beef Noodle soup. The Sate beef broth was so flavorful and a little spicy. The pho was tasty and had good amount of meat. Nice casual atmosphere. Friendly service.

I had the steak flank pho. My husband had the grilled steak rice plate with shrimp spring roll. It was so tasty! We appreciated the quick service. The place was clean and there were many people coming in and out for take out.

The employee told me they don't have one gluten free option which is unusual for a Vietnamese Restaurant.
