A Place to Eat

Love their scallop adobo dish, I will crave for it and so sad we didn't get to have it one last time. Also love their blue new yorker steak dish. Truly saddened that they are now closed, we planned to go one last time (on their last day) but it's a shame they didn't have someone better working for them on their closing day. Whoever answered the phone spoke very rudely and hung up when trying to ask about placing an order. Sending well wishes to the chef/owner on his new adventure.

A Place to Eat is unfortunately closing at the end of the month, but we've certainly enjoyed visiting while they're still here. I always get the kalua pork quesadilla and my husband likes their steak or macadamia nut crusted fish. Service is always friendly and I've never had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes for our order to be ready. We'll miss you!

Delicious food, we came several times but didn't take a picture of the blue new yorker steaks the previous times, Chef W and his wife Marie and staff were great. Take out only and a few more weeks before Chef retires...so sad, but glad to have enjoyed Chef W wonderful cuisine as long as we're able to. All the best to you and Marie ! Thank you and take care!
