“We are visitors from Canada who have been coming to the school for many years. It is far drive from where we stay, but every time it is worth it. It was amazing that we were able to get a reservation for 8 on Valentines for dinner and it was wonderful. We tried many new dishes and enjoyed them all. The students always so so well though many are very nervous. Thanks for the opportunity to eat at such a great place.“

“Went to try their Easter special lamb chops and was not disappointed! Absolutely knocked it out of park! Perhaps best lamb chops I have ever had. Sauce was rich and amazing, chops tender and cooked to perfection. Hopefully they will have more often than Easter! Service was wonderful as well. The results of the fusion were very satisfying, and it provides a much fresher and more diverse experience than going to most famous steakhouses. I was also impressed by the use of seasonal Hawaiian ingredients, such as Kauai shrimp.“

“Another delicious lunch at The Pearl! If you get a chance to dine at The Pearl I highly recommend going! These young chefs out do themselves every time! For $35 you get a 7 course prix fixe menu including coffee, tea or soft drinks. The portion size IMO is perfect and the presentation is appealing and everything was flavorful and delicious! We had to leave before dessert was served so they were kind enough to pack it to go.“
