The meats are very flavorful and juicy. I love this place as the owner always gives my grandson a sample. They are always nice and greet me when I see them. The prices are getting higher like everything else but worth it when compared to the other meat shops.

Tucked in with other meat vedors in the Oʻahu market, away from the streets is tasty meat market that has small crowds but a steady stream of customers, even as we approach 11 am in the morning. A favorite stop for us when we visit Honolulu, Hawaii

My mom's been going here forever for the roast duck and pork. Finally got the chance to explore Chinatown and I had to seek out her secret place. The butcher is super nice and friendly. Picked up roast pork today, Skin is super crispy and oh so soft and tasty meat. This would be sooooo good stuff into a french bread and cucumber. Yum!!!

This char siu is delicious!!!! It's our fave. It is nice and red, sweet and flavorful with some charred bits. I want to try their roast duck but last time I went, it was sold out to the lady before me. Now I'm even more curious. The staff is very friendly.

I like the roast pork here. Very crispy skin with juicy, flavorful meat. I've compared it with others that rate highly in yelp. This is my favorite, give them a try.

Looking for the best char siu in Chinatown Honolulu? Kams meat market is the place! Her char siu is juicy and flavorful. Tucked inside Oahu Market on North King st. look for the stall with the dripping golden pork, duck, chicken, and char siu on display. You know it's good when there is a line of kupuna waiting to order and that is how I stumbled upon Kams. Try it for yourself.

Everyone probably has a favorite butcher or meat market for Chinese roasted duck, chicken or pork in Honolulu. Kam's Meat Market is at the top of my list. A little pricier per pound than other places but it's totally worth it IMHO. The roast duck is especially meaty and delicious. The sauce that comes with it is out of this world broke da mouth - I mean it's that ono! Most major methods of payment accepted.

Best tasty and juicy Chinese Roast Pork w/crispy skin. We stumbled on this place when we were walking around the market waiting for our delicious poke bowls at 88 Fresh Fish Market. Since we already ordered poke bowls for lunch, we initially were thinking that we probably shouldn't buy the roast pork. I'm glad we decided to buy 1/4 lb to try anyway because it looked so good. It was such a wonderful treat as a snack later after our Pearl Harbor tour in the afternoon. Regretted not buying more. We haven't tasted roast pork like this in the San Francisco Bay Area.

If you know, you know. This is the *only* place you should get roast pork on this island. Always perfectly crisp, juicy and sooooo flavorful. I'm sure their other meats are great, but this is my go-to pork stop and where I take all my friends visiting the island. Come early because they sell out fast.

This was the best roast pork ever! The char siu was also incredible! Came to this place thanks to my friends recommendation and omg I wish I had time to go back a second time during my days there. The roast pork skin was perfectly crispy, so much so that my sister ate up all the skin but whatever... the meat was so juicy and soft too. Char siu was also soft and not dry at all. Loved watching the lady chop it all up for us

Elizabeth's Star Rating System 1 star = Terrible, would not recommend, will tell family and friends to avoid 2 stars = I won't be back but you might enjoy it 3 stars = I'll be back eventually 4 stars = I'll definitely be back 5 stars = I'm telling my friends and family about this place! Living in Los Angeles, CA, especially in the SGV area, I thought I knew what good Chinese roast pork taste like. Imagine my surprise to find I was wrong - pleasantly wrong - when we stumbled upon Kam's Meat Market in O'ahu Chinatown. This was the juiciest Chinese roast pork I ever had. Even my in laws thought it was good and they're pretty particular, especially since my father in law was a chef. Highly recommend you check this hidden gem out!

Since people gave good reviews and have a craving for roasted meat, came here to get some to try. The staff here are nice and their roasted pork and duck are tasty. Will come back when I want some roast meat again.

Good solid Chinese meat place located in Oahu Market in Chinatown Honolulu. I've been on a quest for char siu and roast pork for a while now and Kam's is pretty good. The char siu was nice and fatty ... just how I like it but it was just a little sweet for my taste. The roast pork was flavorful but the skin wasn't crispy like Fong's. Fong's roast pork to me has been the best so far though their char siu was a bit too lean. Will continue on my quest for my favorite char siu and roast pork.
