I'm on a mission to try all the Banh mi that I can on Oahu. After 2 years of eating Banh mi here, I'm so sad it took me so long to find this place. It was SO good. And not only that, but everything here looks amazing. They even have a Vietnamese plate lunch situation. I can't wait to come back here and try more of what they have to offer. Very friendly service as well!
Finally got to try their banh mi lemon grass chicken sandwich today after my friends had been raving about this place. Hands down it was the best I've had. Bread,which for me makes the banh mi, was perfect. Just the right crunch and crispness in the crust. Vegetables were perfectly seasoned and lots of tasty chicken. Maybe don't buy the summer rolls on Mondays...I bought the summer roll pack with one shrimp and one tofu roll. The fillings seemed fresh but the rice paper wraps were rubbery and inedible, as if they'd been prepared the day before and refrigerated. For $9 I should paid a few $$ more and have gotten fresh poke across the mall.
