The pancakes are to die for in the Lava Java breakfast! Our waitresses, Tracey and Allie, was VERY understanding of our situation with having our 3 yr old child with us and us trying to enjoy the restaurant's breakfast items. They have a great sense of hospitality, and my spouse and I respect them even more for what they do. I highly recommend this place, just be here before 10 am to enjoy their food. Despite the espresso machine being down the morning of my visit, the food was absolutely delicious and so was the coffee!! (Espresso was down, regular coffee and frappes were still good to order) The Lava Java breakfasts was very filling, the waffles and pancakes were so soft and warm, and the Portuguese sausages were flavorful.
