Not sure why the reviews are low. We come here quite often and the food is always good, and on point with all other L&Ls around the island. They are quick to take phone orders and always have our order ready when we arrive for pick up.
It's an L&L people! I don't know why so many people complain about the cashier and call her rude. That's just how she talks, she talks to EVERYONE like that. She isn't a hostess, her job is to take your order and cash you out, not make small talk and smile. She speaks English fine, she has never gotten our order wrong. The food is good, the price is good, we've never gotten sick (unlike other food chains on the island). They offer the staple L&L fare and it tastes as expected.

My husband and I have eaten at l&l three times during our two week stay in Hawaii (twice in Maui and once here). At this location we ordered mochiko chicken lunch plate. It was so good and the chicken was super crispy. I got a side of their katsu sauce to pour on top and it made it perfect! The portions are huge and it's a super solid lunch plate option! Definitely recommend!
