They unfortunately were out of MacNut Milk when I was here therefore I was unable to get my first coffee choice, however I went with my runner up CocoDream and I have no regrets. Definitely puts the other coffee to shame! Would absolutely return here for my specialty coffee Fix! You can also add CBD to any drink for added chillaxing, and many dairy-free options!“
“We wanted something close by and searched sandwiches and this place popped up. I loved the name and read the reviews. They were all amazing, but older. We LOvED our sandwiches and Tina and knew I wanted to write a review so there would be something more recent. We took our sandwiches to go and ate at Lydgate beach, just a short drive away. We are still sitting here perfectly content with full tummies and beautiful views!! These sandwiches were amazing!!! So glad to find some so delicious and close on this side of the island. “This place was highly recommended via web searches and that proved very true. We had never tried shave ice before. I had the Dragons Blood and my wife, the Lave Flow. Both were excellent and a great way to cool down on a hot day. Highly recommended.“
“Tiny little food truck serving up BIG flavors. Might be some of the best tacos I've ever had. Hubby and I traded tacos from getting an order of two each and both were delicious. Octopus Tacos had great sauce and cooked perfectly - you can tell how fresh by the buttery texture. Grilled fish enchilada taco was especially good with the added hot sauce. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for seafood tacos with flavor at a reasonable price. We parked in the lot next door which seemed fine, we ate so quickly at the picnic tables there that not sure if you can get in trouble parking there or not“
“The ahi nori wrap is to die for. I've been getting it for 20 years or however long Mermaids has been open, I don't miss a visit there at least once whenever I'm on island. Yeah, sometimes they aren't open when I wished they were, but it's worth coming back the next day...“
“If you love smoked meats, check out chicken in a barrel! We shared the chicken plate for two which comes with two scoops of rice and a side of chili. The chicken is very tender. There's also bbq sauce that paired well with the chicken. This location has a few outdoor tables. The staff was very friendly and there's a tiny outdoor sink to wash your hands.“
“This restaurant is very well put together and their food was amazing! The decorations are super cool and give the place a very nice atmosphere. The ingredients are all fresh and delicious and the meat is very good quality! The portions were also great and the price was very good! “We ordered coconut shrimp and the mini taco for starters. Coconut shrimp was delicious!!! Must have! We also ordered rainbow burrito! Love it! It reminds me of a temaki, but with a delicious sauce. “The little yogurt parfaits are satiating, balanced, and feel like dessert without being too sweet. I also love the little glass jars. I didn't try other salads they had in them, but they'd be good to take on a hike. Had a tasty green juice and chocolate Mac nut milk. Not a fan of the blood transfusion, however beets can be hit or miss. This very much so tasted like straight beet juice.“
