“This restaurant is very well put together and their food was amazing! The decorations are super cool and give the place a very nice atmosphere. The ingredients are all fresh and delicious and the meat is very good quality! The portions were also great and the price was very good! Compared to all the expensive tourist traps this place was awesome!Overall I was extremely satisfied and I will be eating there again.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere was very kid friendly and perfect for our family of 7. Great place!“
“FRIED CURRIED CHICKEN WINGS TO DIE FOR (the chickens did…)!!Small and hidden place off the Kuhio Hwy is SO easy to miss - but SOOOO phenomenal!!I’ll be back frequently for Dinner and lunch! Connected to Sensei Shushi (same owners) which opens in 15 minutes.Follow the local epicureans to this delightful Mecca - you will NOT be disappointed!!!“
“Had great experience with getting take out three times during our stay in Kapa'a. I got the grilled catch of the day three times, Mahi mahi. My mom got shrimp scampi and the sautéed catch, Mahi. Was reasonably priced compared with other seafood sit down restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed the food and the service was fast and friendly.“
“This place was great... as a disc golfer best options on the island hands down with great service and help.As a beer lover great options more then you will find anywhere on the island for craft beer and other cocktail items.Food-I'm vegan and a chef and they have some great bbq jackfruit and side options.I stopped here twice on my week there and would reccomend it as a stop. “After trying other boba places on island, Kauai boba and barbecue is the best spot. Bobas are always soft and chewy, drinks are always how you remembered. I've tried many food items and they're delicious with generous portions for the price. The business is family owned and operated. They get busy especially when cruise ships are parked, but enjoy the atmosphere because it's worth the wait.“
“Locally owned Chinese and BBQ. Ordered a delicious lunch for three of us. One has allergies to dairy and milk, and owners recommended BBQ chicken with rice and kimchee. Another has a gluten and spice issue, so they recommended grilled sea bass with lemon grass, rice, and fresh salad. Third person had garlic chicken. It is breaded and fried; it is tasty and fresh. Everything was made from scratch and ready in 15 minutes. Great for dining in or taking out. Variety of menu items. Lots of locals are frequent patrons. Owners have been there since 1999.“
“Small BBQ place in an industrial area, delicious food and quiet corner with a few tables. No service yet none needed - takeaway and dine in are the same. Quite fastDietary restrictions: Many options with few ingredients - easy to navigateParking: Parking lot directly in front of the place“
“Fast and friendly service, tasty food and nice portion sizes. Their oxtail soup/mein is underrated, and a nice option on a rainy day. Daughter loves it here. Reminds me of the Chinese restaurants that we enjoyed during my childhood across the state.“
“If you love smoked meats, check out chicken in a barrel! We shared the chicken plate for two which comes with two scoops of rice and a side of chili. The chicken is very tender. There's also bbq sauce that paired well with the chicken. This location has a few outdoor tables. The staff was very friendly and there's a tiny outdoor sink to wash your hands.“
