My experience

I came into the store and waited at the counter for about 3 minutes the lady there I guess she’s the manager Nadia was in the middle of a personal cellphone call and just looked at me with out acknowledging and proceeded about whatever she was doing.👎

However, Charles came right over took my order and I can tell you his attitude was awesome it totally made up for the “managers passive attitude” thanks Charles ! 🤙🏽“

“I’ve been on island (Oahu) for 31 years now, I’ve been to all the 4 and 5 star restaurants, this is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever.! Food was excellent, establishment clean - fantastic and customer service even better. All the staff at this location are fantastic, the cashier and server, Chanel, a complete and total professional and a first class lady!“

“A great choice for a quick meal. I like a two choice plate. When I want to eat healthy, I get half brown rice and half super greens for my base, otherwise I like chow mein for my base. The Kung Pao chicken and Angus Pepper Sreak are great choices for healthy eating. Sometimes I'll mix it up with broccoli beef. Service is good, rarely very busy.“

“My sandwich was delicious, fresh meats, veges, and the rosemary parm bread was so good. Service was quick for Hawaii but I did have to wait for someone to complete the first part of the order as the guy who greeted me was doing veges and cashier.“

“I got a double cheese burger and it was by far the best I’d had in a very long time, great fries also! The only down side is the price is pretty high, $13.39 for a cheeseburger and $7.49 for some fries! That’s high quality restaurant prices for burgers and fries, just saying! Due to the price I wouldn’t make this my go too for burgers and fries!“

“Hidden golden spot in Campbell industrial area in front of H-Power. This female owned and family operated food truck has been providing tasty food to the community for years. You can expect affordable food and plates packed of a wide variety from their delicious menu. I have been coming here since I was kid, and I hope it stays open long enough to bring my own children. Just bought a plate lunch, a drink, and some Filipino desert for $15.“

“I have always enjoyed dining at Burger King Kapolei. The Cashiers are very polite and friendly, especially the older gals.My order was processed and presented very neatly wrapped and placed in a bag with napkins. I was asked if I needed any condiments.The fries were fresh and crispy and full in its container. My Whopper was very neatly assembled and not spilling over the bun.I was very pleased with my dining experience and would recommend this restaurant to everyone.“
