We had 15 parties in front of us in line, and the staff was still able to fit us in WITHIN AN HOUR!! The customer service here is OFF THE CHARTS. The staff is so kind and accommodating, and you will 100% leave happy. The food is amazing and reaches the table so so quickly, and the train is an absolute delight. I usually stop by Genkis Kapolei when I'm around the shopping center. I get hungry after shopping at Ross and Kapolei, and sushi is the best when it comes to fulfilling my hunger. I love the train concept. We barely have contact with the server. There's a button when we need them. The only reason why I give them a 3 is because every time I go there I always get the sassy front greeters. At her then that, genkis is pretty consistent with their food.

I ordered take out and when I went to pick it up the girl that worked there (sorry didn't get her name) gave me the wrong package I told her this isn't mine then she tried giving me another wrong package ‍ another girl gave me my package (BTW I always leave a tip) went on my way when I went to eat it, it wasn't what I ordered! I ordered 2 orders of ebi fry they gave me 2 orders of ebi crab roll which cost $19.50 ,also the volcano roll I ordered was a mess and didn't taste right...read full review
