“We were visiting Oahu and came across this place as my daughters were craving hot pot. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the ordering process. We ordered the Thai Broth (medium) and the Miso Broth along with the ribeye and pork belly for our proteins. Then we went over to the refrigerated cases to pick out all our other veggies and add ins. We finished off everything! It was so good and hit the spot for our cravings. We enjoyed it so much the girls wanted to eat there a second time before leaving the island! Definitely a must go to when on Oahu!“

“My 3yr old loves this place. Not only affordable and budget friendly, they are delicious. Portion is bigger compared to pricier pho restaurant. We usually needed to get extra noodles in the past but here was not necessary. But I think on our next visits, we would need to order extra as our little is getting bigger. We would get 2 large portions and share broth and meat with our little.“
“It's ok for shabu shabu however the service could be better. Not only they keep reminding us we only have 1.30 min even before we seat they also forget to bring our protein. They have 2 choice standard all you can eat or for extra $5 premium. I guess it's ok. My boyfriend and I had just takled a long day of shopping when we felt the urge to go eat dinner. From the moment we walked in the door, the service was top notch! The host, the server and the busser we had were all very attentive! Our waiter/server was Jaron and we were very grateful to have him! He was attentive without being pushy, but also very warm, funny and approachable! Ichiriki is so lucky to have him on staff! The dude should get a raise for that 120% effort he put out! Secondly, the FOOD was also AMAZING! Its the broth. REALLY REALLY good broth. Like, please take my money kind of broth! You have to order the first two listed on the menu!! The food, accompanied by such wonderful service left quite an impression on us. Tonight's experience was one for the books that will definitely have us coming back again on a future trip to oahu!
