The dining room was busy but clean. The cashier, Keoni, was patient and helpful, taking the customer's order exactly as requested. The wait time was reasonable despite the restaurant's busyness. The food was hot and enjoyable, although there was an issue with an order for a BACON Double quarter pounder with cheese meal, which was given without bacon despite the high price of $16. The old lady who handed the order was noted to be nice. Parking is good, practically around the entire restaurant, and accessibility is on both ends for wheelchair users. The cost of an espresso shot is almost 4 times the cost of other McDonald's on the island.
