“Small shop in a shopping center. Typical low-rent decor and layout. Incredible banh mi. Best I've had since living here, and I'm kind of obsessed with them. The BBQ pork is flavorful, the filings are balanced, and the bread is perfection.

The summer rolls were good, and the peanut sauce was top notch. My husband loved his pho and combination bahn mi.

“I'm literally coming here as much as I can because I'm moving off island. This is by far the best phone place here in kapolei!!! Hands down my go too for banh mi sandwich!, when I'm feeling sick ( pho ) is it!! You'll feel better!!! Spring rolls are to die for to eat as an appetizer!!!“

“We went there Tuesday about 230p. It has a free parking lot and also street parking available. I will usually go to pho one because it's one of the rare places that serve the crab meat soup. We had the spring rolls, seafood pho and the crab meat soup.
1- sorting rolls is good and not oily. It comes with lettuce, noodles & sauce
2- soup base is good even though you don't b like putting anything in it, but there are the typical hot chili, hit chili oil, sriracha, hoisin and if you want... fish sauce. The pho as usual has the veggies... sprouts, basil, jalapeño, lemon“

“Three of us stopped in for a quick lunch and we were the only ones there at the moment. We ordered egg noodle soup with seafood and pork, an order of egg rolls and a lemongrass chicken bahn mi sandwich. It was all delicious, ready quickly and served with a smile. We would definitely go back.“

“This pho spot is a hidden gem! The food is always amazing — super flavorful broth, fresh noodles, and a generous amount of meat. They’ve got a ton of sauce and topping options too, so you can really customize your bowl just how you like it. The staff is always kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. It’s usually nice and calm during the day, but it definitely gets busier after dark — even then, I’ve never had to wait long. Definitely worth checking out if you love good pho and chill vibes.“

“One of the best meals I’ve had while traveling in the States! Reminded me of the pho I used to have as a child.

The pho itself was loaded with beef and tendon, the soup was flavourful and sweet and you could taste there was no MSG added. I also ordered the chicken banh mi; the bun was crispy and loaded with chicken and condiments.

“I got the pho with rare steak and beef balls and it was amazing. It was just what I was craving and needed. It was light, flavorful and filling. Service was great and quick, and the aunties were attentive. It’s a small restaurant but worth the wait if you come at a busy time.“

“I chose take out, so I can only speak about the food itself, not the service. I ordered the vermicelli with spring roll. It was okay! I thought the nuoc Cham (sauce) was somewhat bland, and I added my own fish sauce at home. The vegetables were fresh and the noodles were a tad over cooked. The spring roll filling was tasty, but the wrapper was a little stale. It felt like it had been sitting out for a little. Nonetheless, the food was good! I would be willing to try the food at the restaurant or a different menu. :)“

“I had the beef pho and garlic chicken wings. While the chicken wings had no flavor and seemed to be fried without seasonings, the Pho was AMAZING! It was fresh and had enough of the pho soup in the dish. I will be going back for the pho. Polite staff.“

“The fried egg rolls that come with salad wrap plate and fish sauce are some of the best I've had anywhere, and I've been to Vietnam! It's hard to find a place that gives you a proper plate of veggies with lettuce to wrap up the super hot fresh egg rolls. Ahhh a salad wrapped egg roll dipped in fish sauce is my personal Heaven. 5 stars for this dish alone.“

“My family loves this place! I am pregnant, and haven't been able to enjoy any meat. My husband wanted to try this place, so we ordered the Kalbi BBQ.
