This restaurant is in The Fairmont Hotel. While the hotel is very nice the restaurant is spectacular. I recommend this restaurant if you’re in the area. Nick fish market has been here for 25 years. I personally have only been here once but our guests that we were with were here 20 years ago and they thought it was great just as it was when we went. I had the 12oz lobster and It was great. Our favorite Maui restaurant. The food and drinks are always excellent. The service is amazing along with Chevis, our favorite server. He always goes above and beyond to make our meal perfect.

Sat at the bar because no reservations available, beautiful view of the sunset even from inside! Salmon and filet were absolutely delicious, bar staff were engaging and accommodating and made yummy drinks.
