“Food is ALWAYS good and I can shop at the same time at the adjacent Gallery. They had lots of specials that day... so we tried something different! Service is always good, but missed seeing IRA around. I was also able to get 6 packages of the best toasted coconut macaroons and a carrot cake to go!“

“We chose to not eat in the park cafe where we stood in line for 15 minutes the line backed up and nobody came. We drove to this place within a mile of park. One waitress/hostess led us within minutes, seated us and took orders asap. She kept us informed each step, helped choose beer flight, served local rum, and kept water glasses filled. We could see her running from one table to the other. Food was excellent. White pizza and Presto pasta. I tried loco moco for first time in my life. We finished with cream brûlée. Great food great service! I recommend this place with all my heart. I found price to be reasonable.“

“This is a quintessential military MWR cafe/bar. Everything is dated, average but totally worth it! Tim the bartender will make you a STRONG drink. If you want to visit the National Park on leave and be literally in the park, this is the place! Prototypically odd, like every MWR place I’ve ever been to…but totally worth it. Being Tier 3 wasn’t as cool as a lower Tier would have been but who cares? Love Hawaii and this place doesn’t disappoint. Have a great vacation!“

“I love this place! We tried the Sexy baby maker, Mango Parfait(my favorite!) and 3 of their shots - ginger, immunity and mile high. I liked the ginger, the other two tasted awful.
What I love the most is that this place gives a credit towards your next purchase when you return the glass bottles, cleaned! I returned 5 of the containers we had and received a credit of 1.25$ - while it may not be much, I was happy I wasn’t contributing to more garbage on an island!
This place is a must try if you’re on Kauai!“
