Opens at 8am through 12 noon, not 7am.Ordered the Classic with Portuguese sausage & Kimchee Fried Rice. Eggs were Over Easy, which were beautiful!Fresh, piping hot foods served on plates. After a photo, we quickly slid into the car to eat (and avoid the flies). Amazing and so tasty! This place is phenomenal. One of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. I am bummed we found this place on our last day in Maui because it's definitely worth the stop. I think they also open at 8:30am now instead of 7am.

Don't miss the opportunity to have the best breakfast in Lahaina at this food truck. We were disappointed with our restaurant experiences and decided to try this option. The pucking pancakes and ham, egg & cheese croissant were excellent. Made with love! The outdoor seating area provides an ocean view, parking is ample and the owner is congenial. Perfect combination.
