“Definitely nicer than the L&L on Mauis west coast, but same food! Local eats, like the loco moco don’t disappoint. I had the loco moco with eggs over easy and would recommend it! The gravy is tasty and rich. My husband had the trio of musubi, he said it was missing the sauce but otherwise it was tasty.“

“Stopped in for a bite after snorkeling yesterday. The service was great, the place was really clean and the food came out in less than 10 minutes. We got the Katsu Mac n cheese balls and the Kaluha pork quesadilla. Both were cooked perfectly, not greasy and nice size portions. A great little find!“

“Came here during our honeymoon vacation. Very down to earth people. A great representation of the hawaiian people. We ended up coming back after trying their homemade pinaple pie. The second time around, we tried their teriyaki chicken along with their banana bread. All of the food was AMAZING!!! After he knew we had been recently married, he even played a song for us! Will be coming back on our 1 year anniversary!“

“Just to be clear, the atmosphere is only because of the flies that don't really bother just like to hang around. However, the food is like nothing you will experience in Oahu. It's been a must stop for my wife for over 25 years. The pork and garlic shrimp smelled great just can't get past the huli huli chicken. My wife and I split a plate and it was more than enough.“

“I ate pork and chicken. They say you should add sauce and shake it, but personally, the seasoning of the pork was just right so I ate it like a rice bowl without adding any sauce. The chicken tastes like salt-grilled chicken, so you can add the sauce to suit your taste. I ate so delicious pork in Hawaii that I will remember it again when I go to Korea.“
