Quick service, yummy food. Ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender but not overcooked. BBQ sauce was flavorful but not overly sweet.The sauteed shrimp in cream sauce featured four big shrimp, head on, peeled.No bathroom available.

I went to Lihue on a work visit and stopped in at Harley’s because BBQ sounded good. I ended up getting the Mahi sandwich and what an EXCELLENT choice that was!! Best fish sandwich I have had in Years!!!

A small "order at the window" place in a warehouse area. There was never a crowd while we were there, but there was a steady stream of one person at a time (looked to be locals).The bun on the mahimahi sandwich was good, and the fish was not dried out. The fish strip plate (fries and batter-fried fish) were cooked perfectly. On the menu, the fish was listed as mahi but she let me know that it would be pollock instead (but the price was the same).We'd seen a menu listing online with pulled pork but they said no, they don't have that anymore. That seemed odd for a barbecue place.
Found this BBQ place after the original place we wanted to go to was closed. We ordered couple of dishes: Sautéed Mahi Mahi was a bit on the dry side. BBQ short ribs Tender, lots of fat, and a bit too sweet Chicken teriyaki Surprisingly, the chicken breast was moist and the best dish out of the four dishes we ordered. Loco moco The beef patty was dense and a bit salty. Definitely would not come back because of the poor service. The lady who took the order was the first unfriendly person we encountered in Kauai .

I really loved this place. It is small, out of the way, tucked into an industrial area. You sit outside, food is in foam packaging. The food was really great, mahi mahi was terrific served with a choice of sides. Nothing to look at, no table service, order at the window, really nice people, great food.

Wide selection of local favorites along with some of the classics. The teriyaki beef is garnished with their garlic butter. The MahiMahi was light and clean. Try the papaya seed salad dressing.

Great spot for lunch! Meals where delicious. They have a covered seating area as well. Plan ahead if you want the Curry beef as it takes a little extra time.
