“Upcountry Sausage is a food truck next Mahalo Aleworks. The team was very friendly and they take great care in delivering quality food! We purchased the RagingCajun which is an Andoluie Sausage with grilled peppers, onion and bits of pineapple and more. It was delicious, served on fantastic bun. Also, we shared the Chicken Tacos, which are perfect for sharing since you get two to an order. It was grilled chicken breast meat and had, red cabbage slaw, red beans and cirn in the taco. It was really delicious and I highly recommend it.“
“These reviews are so ridiculous! This place is consistently super busy and the employees are doing their best! The manager is very sweet although she is clearly overstimulated with so much to do. Just like any other fast food place double check your food before you drive off and there is a voice message that plays prior to ordering that TELLS you you have to ask for utensils and straws. “So we hopped on the plane to Maui as soon as the inter island quarantine lifted for residents. Had to get the honey fried chicken here! Love love it! Just a hint of sweetness and fried to perfection. Enough for two of us to share. Didn't get the burger but saw other people had and it looked yum! Food truck so we took our loot to a park to chow down. Gotta go here folks!“
“My family and I came here after a different restaurant was closed and I cannot suggest this place enough. The burger was VERY delicious and the fries was some of the best fries I've ever had. We got to speak to Shaun one of owners and I'm glad we did! He told us a little bit about how the burgers are made and the amount of effort and love that goes into the food speaks volumes. 100% must try!“

“We had breakfast today, 4/10/24, at the new ownership and newly reimagined Café Mambo in Paia. The lemon ricotta pancakes with berry compote and a drizzle of sweet rosemary syrup blew the roof off. My husband’s breakfast burrito was just as spectacular. I hate posting this because I don’t want to fight crowds to get in like at Mama’s, but they really earned this shout out“
“We were looking for a great hamburger and found it here ! Cooked just like I ordered! My sister got the yummy coconut shrimp ! Our service was outstanding, wasn’t crowded last night around 7pm ; the local tap beer was yum ; definitely recommend for families but gotta wait for the seating lady bc they’re slow to greet !!“
“The closest thing to the club in Maui. This was one of the few places that was still open after 10pm. We ended up walking here since it was close to where we were staying. We didn't try any of the food since we weren't hungry. We did enjoyed our pina colada.There's a dance floor outside and around 11pm, it was packed with people. No drinks on the dance floor though. They had pretty good music and it was a lot of fun. Met a few friendly people. We were one of the few people that weren't locals there. Worth checking out for a little night life while in Maui.“
