“So I wasn't sure what to expect...but was surprised at how good my flat white was!I had her add cinnamon.....honestly it's a simple drink but also really easy to mess up.Stoked at how great it was! Would definitely say try this spot out for coffee and espresso at the walk up on the side!“
“We shared a chicken enchilada plate with rice and beans and had two mai tais. The food and drinks were excellent! My husband was so impressed he personally complimented the bartender and the chef! We sat on the covered outdoor patio and were treated to both a downpour of rain and a rainbow while eating! We’d definitely come back here again!“
“Man. This is the EPITOME of what a cocktail bar should be. Jessica and Colton were absolutely crushin it behind the bar. Liquor selection is insane, cocktails are amazing, everythings juiced, made, created in house. If you want the best cocktail bar on the island come here! Mahalo!!!“

“One of my friends always mentioned a bar named 'Poni' that she frequents. Not being a fan of typical Korean bars where a $20 drink buys you company, I was happy to know that Poni isn't that kind of establishment.ATMOSPHERE:Poni is located in the same row of businesses in Puuone Plaza that includes Tokyo Tei and M Sushi. The bar is split into two rooms though the lower room is more of a storage area and where the women's restroom is located. Décor is minimal and the place was clean. Seating styles include bar top, high tops, low tops and picnic-style tables. Color-changing LED rope lights span the ceiling which gives the place a dreamscape-like ambiance in hues of pink, blue and purple, so pictures will come out horribly (see my menu pics). TV's line the bar and pay-for karaoke is available ($1 per song or $2 if no one claps, according to the sign, LOL). There were just four others there on a Friday night around 7pm, with a few souls trickling in thereafter. Reggae tunes played overhead.MENU:Full bar along with a small menu of Asian-influenced bar apps, local fare like saimin, spam and egg sandwich, and oyster shooters.EXPERIENCE:My gang and I were going to attend a funeral nearby so we decided to pop in and have just one drink. Our two chardonnays and one beer came out to $18 and change. Paying via credit card would result in the fee being passed onto us (75-cents for this particular amount). Conversing was easy as the music was at the perfect level. The bar was nice and cool inside.SERVICE:Greeting was immediate and very friendly. We were a party of just three so the server broke down an 8-topper in half for us. Drink service was lightning quick as the place wasn't very busy at 7pm.OVERALL:Chill vibe, great service. I'd return!“
“It has been almost 17 years but I will be back to the island in March. My family has a condo at kealia condominium right next door and I always frequented this place and LOVE IT! Everything about it from the food, drinks and service! My father and I shall be stopping by ?“
“Whole VEGAN specific menu (and great options). Also have an espresso machine and open earlier than any other nearby coffee shop. One of the coolest harbor general stores I have been in (and I live in coastal CA). The staff were super friendly and fun. Definitely worth a stop.“
“I love Kava, this place has good drinks and mocktails that use kava in place of alcohol, but the price of the drinks is a pretty high considering 1 drink here costs what you'd pay for a full night of kava in one of the local garage clubs. Very small bar area, makes the otherwise intimate setting feel a little crowded for groups larger than 2.“
