We came here the year prior and ate here two nights in a row and remember it being really scrumptious.This year - our hopes were sadly disappointing. Ordered the ribeye. But was on the thinner side and the sauce was more of a gravy rather than a red wine sauce as described.Also ordered the fresh catch "Ono". Business owner professional Chef 40+years i RARELY leave reviews, but I felt the need to point out subtle the exceptional execution with a few items that were not lost on me, and too the Chef/Owner i applaud your pattie for loco moco and your Hash/Papitas/ Country potatoes. Patty was Hand formed and seasoned? Nice.Papitas, multi step process achieving a sweet crunchy exterior texture and a soft center. VERY NICE.
