First, be patient. You will wait a long time to order (45-90 minutes) and another 10-15 minutes after ordering before you get your shave ice. But it’s definitely worth it. I don't know what kind of voodoo they do in the back, but this shave ice is almost creamy in texture..it's amazing. The syrups are all delicious as well..don't go if you're in a hurry, they run on island time!Vegetarian options: It's fruit flavored shave ice. They have hot dogs but, don't eat a hot dog if you're vegetarian..
