innovative Japanese fusion food, along with with outstanding classics such as a full line of sushi, sashimi and other favorites. Of particular mention is the dynamite shrimp - crispy panko-coated shrimp with a masago smelt aioli and a unagi glaze, and the crab ramen with cilantro, scallion, Thai basil and jalapeño in a truffle butter broth - UMAMI BOMB! I only wish I had room for the lobster-crab ravioli in a truffle-Madeira-cream sauce. Just thinking about it gives me the shakes. Glad I’m moving to Kona, or I’d never survive waiting for that dish (!)
