Chef Chris and his staff were very accomodating, creative, and hard workers that went above and beyond for our organization. The presentation of the food was beautiful and decorated with edible flowers and micro herbs. The deep tastes of the various flavors in teriyaki chicken, curry shrimp and tofu appetizers were delicious. Throughout the event, our 200 guests kept complimenting and you could hear the murmurs and whispers of "Mmmmmm" as people took a bite of his appetizers....read full review
My family was extremely delighted by the amazing dinner we had served to us in our rental house in Maui by Cloud 9. Chef Christopher arrived with his fantastic team and created one of the best meals we have ever had --and we travel and eat in high-end restaurants frequently. It was 7 courses of the freshest produce, seafood, and ingredients all presented with great style.
