I went to the Maui swap meet and stumble across this vendor. I bought their Mac "trail mix" that had some macaroons inside and wow what a delightful experience. I wish I had bought a big bags. Great service and location. If you see them snag a bag!
As a Maui resident I'm well acquainted with Maui Macaroons and have always loved them. I thought they would be a great Christmas gift for several family households on the mainland. The response was amazing. l got thank you notes, real ones on cards and stationary, raving about Lori's coconut cookies. Comments were "ridiculously good" and "amazingly deliciious" not to mention "I want more." I ordered them last minute before Christmas and they got there on time in perfect condition....read full review

We purchased Lori's products at the Farmers Market in Maui. Lori was generous with her samples and we were tempted to buy four different varieties of macaroons! We were so impressed!!! The macaroons are so fresh and flavorful! You can tell she uses the best and freshest products.
