I placed an ordered on a Sunday morning for pick up, knowing they are usually busy in the mornings, I showed up 20 minutes after my order was placed and walked in to about 10 people waiting on their drinks and the staff was running working hard. Not sure why but we literally waited in drive thru for 20+ minutes. Short staffed maybe??? But that was insane. Coming from customer service background , ya always apologize for the wait. Not just ignore em like whatever . I'll go to the Hy-Vee one instead

We were on a road trip and made a quick stop here. There is plenty of free parking and a huge food market right across from Starbucks. It’s the usual Starbucks product - so it’s good. Friendly staff too.
