“Great food. Great service. Good atmosphere. Plenty of food. Have not out to Blue Grass for ages. Some might think prices are high for small town but the are about right compared to eating out at other like establishments.”
“I wish there was a subway by my house. No I wish there was a subway in my house. Mayo, oil and vinegar, vegetables and ham on a wheat footlong. Footlong breakfast in bed, lunch, dinner, and one more for a midnight snack or midnight meal I should say. ?No 12inch emoji!? Google how could you drop the ball like that?Vegetarian options: You have lots of veggies to choose from. Im sure their Veggie sub slathered in vineger and oil is great.”
“Clark's isn't about the atmosphere. The food is definitely the star here. We came for the catfish meal. We will be back for many other items. The service is polite, timely and knowledgeable. The there isn't really a weak item on the menu. We had the fried catfish with the fried (yes, it's breaded with a beer batter) baked potato. Both were absolutely fabulous. The Cole slaw was some of the best that Ive had anywhere. Our server, Mally informed us of the deep family history of the restaurant and the team looked and worked like a family that gets along and understands customer service.Mally informed us of their Clark's burger. They make it by hand with special spices. All in all, this was one of the best dining experiences that we have had in a while.”
“This place is always busy, and with good reason - it's popular because the food is great, and so is the service. I usually have the cheese enchiladas or the street steak tacos, because they're both very good -- but this time I decided to try something new, and had the enchiladas del mar. They were stuffed with shrimp and covered with a tasty and smooth cheese sauce. They came with a mushroom quesadilla on the side -- it was absolutely scrumptious, and I was almost sorry that I wolfed down the enchiladas because I couldn't finish the quesadilla. My husband had a chicken quesadilla and a margarita, and he reported that both were very good. Our waiter was extremely attentive and brought things to us very quickly. Always a great meal. The only downside side is that parking can be a challenge.”
“Place is a hidden gem that serves authentic Mexican Food that is really delicious. The service is friendly and expedient. The location is very clean as well. Parking is okay, but recommend carpooling if in a large party. Bring your pants with the elastic bands because they serve you like you are at G’MAs house. The atmosphere is relaxing and the food compliments it.”
“If you're traveling from Chicago to Iowa, make sure to make a pit stop at this fantastic restaurant. We were so impressed with the food that we decided to revisit on our way back.”
“I defy you to find a better burger in town. Can't give enough stars for such great food and prices! We decided to try a few things from the menu being it our 1st trip. We didn't get past the burgers, they were so well proportioned we were stuffed. We did order 4 entres, 1 side, and 1 appetizer. The other 2 entres are for later. My husband wanted to have a midnight snack. Those were the pulled pork, which he ordered the coleslaw on side since he'll be re-heating 1st. The cheese french fries could have been cooked longer but I'm guessing with fries with 4 entres plus those, the fryer was going non stop. Husband had the Mac n cheese, which I warned him had jalapeños in them. After eating some, he did say as I expected, better to leave the jalapeños out. But I think that's a personal opinion and he knew beforehand what he was getting. It should be listed they're in it on the menu though if they're not. All of this food only cost $50. You cannot beat these prices for this good of food. We will continue to get our favorite burgers and selectively choose items we haven't tried to see what they're like. A new after work stop to eat for sure!”
“This tiny diner has a lot to offer. Very busy for breakfast. Sometimes, you're lucky to find a parking spot... and that's a great sign of an amazing restaurant. The new owners have updated the interior, and it's actually pleasant to go into. They have a beautiful large deck for outdoor dining.”
“Foods awesome, we had the smoked chicken wings, Mac and cheese, ribs and apple cobbler. Service was good and fast . You can tell they like what they do. Very friendly. We will come back. We traveled 40 minutes and it was worth it.”
“Omg I'm so glad we finally got to try them out! Skip Clark's Janies has better quality and better service hands down. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast and great service! We will be regulars for years to come!”
“Super friendly staff. Espresso drinks were very unique. Chocolate Covered Strawberry Iced Espresso was beyond my favorite! Now, this'll be a routine taste test. It's worth the drive.”
“Surprisingly good food. I've tried the breakfast special several times and enjoyed each occasion. It's a little out of the way for me, but it's always been worthwhile.”
“Every now and then I have friends I'll visit in West Davenport. After work one day I was planning to meet with a few of them but unfortunately our plans fell through on my way driving to the place we were meeting. Since I was already nearly in the area, I decided to impulsively stop at Probstei. It had been recommended on the Quad Cities Subreddit, so I was eager to try them anyways. This place is decidedly not the normal sort of venue I frequent. There's a large sign of sorts on the building exterior proclaiming "welcome bikers". To clarify, I am not a biker, nor does my general appearance reflect any sort of associated stereotype for someone who chooses to ride a motorcycle. The interior is fairly small. There's a bar that runs the length of most of the space, a single pool table, and a few other tables. The floor is a combination of wood laminate and pretty old looking carpet, while the overhead consists of primarily plain drop ceiling. Lighting is low - a combination of a few accent strips and the various neon beer signs in the interior. It's quiet and easy on the eyes - I liked it.I opted for the patty melt on the menu with a side of fries. Both were alright. The only thing I was a little bummed about was the bread - it was advertised as rye, but ended up being white bread. Still, it was greasy and delicious.Of further note is the eclectic patio area around the side of the building. There's a variety of seating, including a few picnic tables, individual chairs, and even benches of the size children would likely use. It looks like a nice place to hang out during the warmer months. This is well away from home for me, so I probably won't be back. If you're in the area and need a quiet place to crash and enjoy a greasy bar meal, this might be for you. Thanks, Probstei.Vegetarian options: Consult with the server/bartender what might be vegetarian on the menu.Kid-friendliness: This probably isn't the best place to sit down for a family meal.aybe in the summer months if you want to sit outside.Parking: For the size of the venue there's plenty of free parking around the buildingWheelchair accessibility: The front entrance is wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: Recommend consulting with the server/bartender about your particular dietary needs.”
“2016 was my first experience, I moved here from the Seattle area and had never seen a pizza made like that. First bite and I couldn't believe how AWESOME it tasted. Best pizza I've ever tasted. Never stop doing that thing you do.Parking: Right off the street, easy in easy out.”
“Great experience at BeerTinis. The patio was beautiful. Great service from the restaurant “Smashes Burgers “ was fantastic. Really clean and refreshing atmosphere. Will definitely return!”
“Went for the first time just now. I got the mai tai and the watermelon crawl and both are very delicious. The workers are very nice, and there was also a dog there. I’m not sure if the dog is always there, but he was cute. Highly recommend if you’re into teas and smoothies.”
“Tuesday special: 6 pieces of bacon to build your own blt plus Mac and cheese plus stuffed bell peppers plus garden fresh corn on the cob and a salad and strawberry shortcake-$10.OMG! I wish I could eat here all the time. Not only were the employees warm and welcoming, so were the customers. The perfect neighborhood hang out.”
“Food is always amazing here and we just love taking the family there on the weekends usually for lunch. The staff are nice and helpful. I gave the service 4 stars only because the last time we were there we waited forever for a couple small appetizers we ordered. We had actually finished our meal and had watched as multiple other meals, that were placed after our order, were severed before we got ours. This is not our typical expirence though and most of the time they are 5 stars all around. We will still go and I encourage anyone who wants to try a place they haven't been and wants great food to stop here and eat.Kid-friendliness: It's a restaurant with a kids menu and a few games for them to play.”
“The servers were friendly. Clean and was easy to seat a large group. Buffet style for Easter. Had breakfast and dinner choices, we arrived at 1pm. Good selection of food items - salad bar through dessert tables.”
“The great little bar in Andalusia, Il. They've got food, outdoor seating, cold beer, gaming machines, free wifi, and more. Will visit again for photographs.”
“I always like stopping here and it was on the way home this time we had the ribeye sandwich which comes with crispy onions on top and flavored french fries that were crispy and I love that. The sandwich was so packed full it was so delicious and it was a sliced ribeye so good. Needless to say the service was wonderful and super friendly.”
“Driving to Los Angeles from Wisconsin and stopped here ... EVERYONE was so kind and nice, first place that people actually said hello when I walked in the door!! A young gentleman helped me out right away, and now I forgot his name, but he had a tattoo of FAMILY on his arm ... Tiffany also helped me, they even went OUT OF THEIR way to get me some bug wash out back ... I had to write a review about this place because it just really restored my faith in people and peoples kindness ... kudos to whomever hired these 2 humans!”

“It's not often I'm inclined to give a shout out to a fast food restaurant but holy smokes. This place is awesome Kim was at the register and they run a tight ship here. By the time I had turned to fill my drinks my order has been completed. Clean, efficient, prepared with care! Thank you Kim and the team behind her I couldn't see!”
“We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon for dinner. Our drinks were cold and our food tasted great. We would for sure visit again. If you are in the area we would recommend paying them a visit for cold beverage and a good meal.”
“Drove from Chi to San Fran in a RV stopped by here for some grub and drinks, plenty of parking. Skip the "World Largest Truck Stop" and enjoy real food and real people. Had a great time thanks to Kutch the owner and all the employees and patrons. Will be back, Cheers!”
“It's Rudy's, they do what they do and do it just fine. Compared to newer Mexican restaurants they under season but it's fine for those who can't handle spice and flavor.”
“I eat at this Subway pretty regularly. They consistently have soft, fresh bread and the staff is so sweet and attentive. Doesn't look like much but it's lowkey the best Subway in the qc.”
