“love the atmosphere and service BUT I used to get the yogurt Parfe w granola,blueberries, strawberries at least 3 times a week for breakfast or lunch and they changed the recipe and are using strawberry sugary thick compote instead of just yummy strawberries . now I won't get it. wish they would bring back original recipe.. the chocolate mint pie is the best, love the chicken pot pie, smoothies, chocolate malts.“
“I love Daisy Chain in DSM! The Miel and the Pistachio latte are wonderful. The coffee is one of my favorites in the US. Very kind staff with quick intentional chats and the line is fast paced if there is one. The wax mini sculptures are very fun and unique. A must go to when in DSM! It's located in a great area to walk with friends aswell and stop in local shops.“

The sale of trading cards and other merchandise was really interesting and was what brought me there in the first place as I'm a collector myself. I definitely plan to visit again.“

“I've been coming here for the loose leaf tea since I first learned they carried a tea I liked; it's a great selection at a good price. I've looked online (out of curiosity) and I couldn't find a better price on the tea I drink, and I'd rather support a great local spot. Friendly service and great pricing for the tea connoisseur. They can also prepare the drink for you, but that's not my thing. Overall, I would recommend this place over any other.“
“Will definitely order from again-to go or dine in.I ordered three items to get me set up for breakfast for three days since I was going to be busy.I ordered the biscuits and gravy, a bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese and the breakfast bowl with green pepper, onion and sausage.Yesterday I had the bagel that was fresh, toasted and had plenty, more than enough, yummy cream cheese on it.Today I’m enjoying the biscuits and gravy and they’re very good, even reheated.Tomorrow I’ll have the breakfast bowl and visually already, I’m very happy with it too.I had it picked up and delivered through DoorDash.Arrived hot and ready.Total was 15 plus 3 service fee plus tip and tax, but had a 40% off code so with tip it was an even 20.00 for three meals delivered. “I’ve had this place on my list for a while and I was very pleased after finally going. It had many small nooks to sit in besides conventional seating. Which is great if you want a little more privacy or you were reading a book. I was also very surprised at how good the food was as it is a bakery I didn’t expect their meal options to be as good as they were. Overall great choice for a lower cost lunch spot.“
“I have been wanting to try this place since my son moved to Des Moines. Great place! I had the homemade granola with chia seed yogurt. My son had the spinach florentine with poached eggs and hollandaise. My husband had the breakfast tacos and we were all VERY happy with our choices. Will be stopping in again on our next visit!“
“Opened in 1949 Corner Sundry is an indianola institution. They have all the traditional soda fountain favorites. From green rivers, malts, Bannana splits and more. A wide selection of vintage candidates including twin rings, candy buttons, and candy cigarettes. ?Recently they have added sandwiches and walking tacos. “I really like sitting in this coffee shop. It's a comfortable place to sit and do work. It has a lot of people who use it, so you never feel alone inside. I do think the coffee is a bit expensive and the breakfast sandwich was nothing special.“
“I stopped by on my lunch break and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered a grande iced sugar cookie latte with whole milk and two breakfast sandwiches. The line had about 4 cars in front of me and I knew they would be pretty busy since it was the first day of their holiday drinks being released. I got to the window, paid and they handed me my sandwiches and my drink which looked a little different but it was the right size and I was in a hurry. I left and realized it was someone else’s drink and normally I would’ve just said it’s fine but it was an iced coffee with 2% milk so I knew I wouldn’t be able to drink it. I turned around and went inside this time and explained to the man at the counter, Brad, that I was given the wrong drink. He was super polite and asked me what drink I was supposed to get instead and made it for me right then and there while offering to upgrade me to a venti but I declined since I was content with a grande. He was professional and quick to remake my drink and apologized for the mistake. Great customer service. I understand that this time of year is crazy for baristas and especially being the first day that the holiday drinks were released so I completely understand the mixup but overall the customer service was great and the drink was delicious!“
“The first time I went to a scooter's coffee was when I took a school trip to DC and when we got off the plane there was one in the airport, I got the Carmelicious. It was one of the best coffees I have ever had. Now they have a salted version of the drink that I get every time. It never disappoints“
“They have such a variety of delicious options for everyone’s tastes and preferences. I tend to order sugar free and dairy free drinks, and the baristas are so friendly and make sure I get exactly what I want! I’m also impressed by their seasonal offerings—there is some creativity when putting those menu items together, and it’s not your typical chain coffee shop basic menu. I love it!“
