“My usual Indian place was closed longer than normal over this summer and I needed my Saag Aloo. I visited every last restaurant in town and finally got to this one. While Saag Aloo was not on their buffet (but is in their menu) I was so surprised by the other options. Everything I got was amazing! The vegetable samosa, and aloo chat are some of my favorites. You are now my first choice in Indian food. Even ordering delivery through Grub Hub my food came hot, fresh, and packed well. Don't let the looks of the outside of this place put you off. This is a solid gem in our community.“
“Always a nice sized chicken breast in your sandwich and tenders. Really good fries. The staff are always very friendly and the restaurant is always nice and clean. I also really enjoy the pineapple cream soda. CK has a nice variety of chicken sandwiches and I've tried and enjoyed every one on the regular menu.“
“The lobby was clean and the guy who took our order was super friendly. He looked like he was busting his butt running the front and the lobby. The food was awesome and the mozzarella balls are probably a new weakness for me.Kid-friendliness: I loved their coloring table to have kids color and decorate the lobby. Very cute idea and it kept my daughter busy while she wasn't eating.“
“What would summer be like without Dairy Queen this little walk up Dairy Queen has been here for a long time and hopefully its air for a long time more me and my daughter and the dog Britain had ice cream the other day it was just a bit of nostalgia.“
“Best Chinese in town, great prices, great food!Edit to add: I have been coming here since I was a child. This place is as consistent as it gets. Constantly serving piping hot delicious food. Serving the community with good prices for the value. Same friendly employees around that have been for as long as I can remember. They really deserve more attention than they probably get!“
“Yummy and nice with your family guests are always good for the outdoor dining company. We love root beer floats and chili cheese fries with pickles!!!Parking: Nostalgic drive in and order from your car then it's delivered to you by an enthusiastic employee to my car and we have sat right in the parking lot and ate there in the car with my parents and then I drive back to my apartment complex parking lot and ate in the car just for my parents to not have to go up three floors and many may steps to get to my apartment.Kid-friendliness: Oh great kids menu selection and what kid wouldn't like to use the car to make a order and then eat it out there as well as a good float and great prices“
“The white girl at the window is super nice and welcomes you and serves you great, but the girl, I suppose Hispanic or of Hispanic descent, who delivers the food at the window, was rude and didn't even want to come back to be treated that way. The burgers, fries and all the food in general delicious.“
“Went in for lunch around 12:15. There was a small line before and after me. The guy at the counter was friendly and they were getting people their food quickly. I ordered the chicken ranch wrap, fries and a drink with a side of ranch. I believe they charge extra for sides of dressing. The chicken in the wrap was warm and there was lots, the ranch seemed homemade and everything came out quick. Everything was tasty! No complaints.“
“Shout out to 'Taylor' at the Indianola Arby's! Her customer service skills alone will have me returning. What is lacking in society today is friendly banter, grace and a sense of humor. Taylor is a wonderful example of all of this. AND our order was not only correct, it was fresh and hot. Thank you Taylor and Indianola Arby's!“
“Ordered online and picked up in-store. The process was simple and the sandwiches were perfect! It was exactly what I wanted. Something quick and delicious! I love that they make their sandwiches "Mike's Way" which is served with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, an olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices. I feel like this combination elevates every sub. If I can't order from a Jersey Mike's, I still ask for these additions--no matter what sandwich I get. I'm not a big sandwich consumer but when I feel like it, I come here. The bread is awesome (they even have gluten-free), the meats and cheeses taste like they're actually premium cuts, the veggies are cut properly, and there's not too much or too little sauce. Everything is just right!“
“I have been cooking for around a decade now for myself and at establishments all over the country. I don't find myself praising fast food joints, like ever, but after the halfway point on my veggie delight I felt compelled to come here and leave a positive review. Seriously, bread was fresh, veggies were fresh and the same could be said for the other folks who ordered with me! Good job today guys keep it up!“
“I forgot to ask the young gentleman's name but I think he is a managerHe and the owners should be very proud of how well he treats customers and much more that he does to make sure everything is like the customer wants or needs it to be; plus he thinks about what else I would like and respectfully asks. I rarely see anyone anywhere that takes customer service to a level that he does. I used to own and operate two businesses and customer service was taken beyond what anyone could imagine but this was decades ago and I counted on Word of Mouth Advertising. When I see anyone that is this amazing or even close to this I let them know and I have let managers, supervisors and owners know even if it involves a phone call or email that I think someone is exceptional at what they do and at times I will say they have an old soul which doesn't always have anything to do with their age and my favorite part is what I call allowing their genuine selves shine through including a sense of humor.I understand that some people have to be professionals but if they are too professional , I say they have too much starch in their collar. I was a little disappointed related to how little is on a sandwich and that what is there doesn't spread to the ends of the buns but I do appreciate the quality and this was when he wasn't there.I asked him about something I needed to be a little different so the bread wouldn't be too crunchy/chewy and he did this to help me and understood that I am not able to chew as well as I used to be able to do and I understand why many people would like the bread to be like what makes it more difficult for me to chew.It is a nice atmosphere there.I ate quickly the last time due to I saw the open and closed hours for the first time and I clean up any mess but when I was struggling to walk with all the shopping bags hanging on my walker to exit the same way I entered the door was locked and I couldn't get anyone's attention so I had to go back across the restaurant, exit and squeeze everything through the vintage revolving door and I got stuck in there for a while. They were busy doing all required to close and there was some other customers that came in about 30 minutes before they close. Not Complaining, Just Explaining.Vegetarian options: I didn't have time to notice.Dietary restrictions: I feel sure they will do the best they can to help with this.I asked for what he had recommended previously and they did have the small disposable container of Balsamic Vinegar dressing to dip the sandwich in. It really adds to it.“
“I went to the Watrous and se 14th street location. It was a bit of a wait to get my order. I was only the second person there. They had a sign (small) indicating they did not participate in the coupon buy one get one. Fortunately, I only needed the one sandwich. I took it to go.“
“Tacos were fresh and proportioned perfectly (a lot of places will skimp on meet and cheese, then go overboard on the lettuce. I got a grilled chicken crispy taco. And, a soft shell steak taco. Ordered the potato ole's with light seasoning. Staff was friendly and professional.“
“A&W is a holdover from the good 'old days. Originally, it was a chain of "Drive-In" restaurants that specialized in root beer and root beer floats. I don't think you can drive-in, order and be served in your car anymore, but I'd be sure and check it out if you"re in the mood for a frosty mug of root beer.“
“On a day when the wind chill was -40°, and I was stuck walking, they let me come in and warm myself up. The previous 4 businesses including Kum & Go, Dollar General and Walgreens all told me to move along. We need more businesses with a little heart in our world.“
“Look I love the food. Garlic fries and chicken are just fire. But the kicker to this place is the service. Every single time I've been there I've been met with happy friendly people both inside and the drive thru. You can laugh and joke and theye right there with you, even if they ran out of teriyaki sauce that one time.“
“They r short staff a posted it for customers to be patient everyone was very nice staff went out of there way to help me I'm handicap very polite very nice visit I usually do drive thur but will go in more great staff great food thanks “
“Just a quick lunch from the drive-thru. There was a line, but it moved quickly. Ordering was a tad difficult because there were so many things to choose from. Decided on a couple of sliders (roast beef & chicken) and an order of Loaded Mac n Cheese. The chicken, bacon, ranch. Was very good, so rich that a small amount went a long ways. Would order it again except would leave out the ranch if possible“
“I have lived in Phoenix for the last 11 years. Moved from Norwalk. I haven’t been back and I need b bops!!! Please open a spot on the Vegas strip!!! I run into iowa people like me all the time that need b bops… please I’m here on the strip and I need b bops!!!!!!“
“3 stars cuz they have recently changed their chicken. Still a good taste only half the size. Guess they decided to downgrade like the rest of America. Sorry not being crazy. Over the last 20 yrs though seems everything has gotten smaller and charged more. Unsure on pricing at Long John Silers as I didn't pay the bill.“
“I absolutely love this subway!!!! it’s always clean, and I absolutely enjoy the wonderful Daniela who always crafts my sandwich. Absolutely love her, and her adorable smile. Never had such great service in my entire life from an adolescent. If you ever go there and she’s making your sandwich make sure to tip her good!! she does fine work in that subway.“
“The short lady Sharona is most excellent. Better than some of the lackadaisical help you get at some of the others.Parking: Easy to get into.Kid-friendliness: Yes.Wheelchair accessibility: Looks to be good but I'm not in a wheel Chair so can't confirm it.“
“It has been a while since we have been to any BK(bad experiences), but last night we ate here. We got the Texas Double and Double Whopper with fries and a side of onion rings. Both meals were HOT and put together well, (not thrown together). Tables and floors were clean. All BKs should be this way.“
“The restaurant was very clean and the staff went above and beyond, they were caring and hard working. The two young men working had to warm up more meatballs because they ran out and warned me that they were fresh and very hot and as they were making my large order, used their spare time to clean and make sure the restaurant looked nice. They were very very amazing. My only problem with this restaurant was the fact that the online ordering was down for all the subways around and management should have a backup code or plan for these employees for when that happens instead of leaving them helpless and left to deal with these situations with no resources.“
“i ? jimmy jhones food the customers are impataint and they only have 1 driver if you live within walking distance i suggest you walk or be pataint. they are short staffed if your so concerned why dont you apply be nice to those who actualy showed up dont throw a fit there doing the best they can. good greaf keep up the good work jimmy jhones ? you guys rock ?“
“I guess my review is going to upset some. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. I am from out of state, so I have only been here twice. The first time was a few months ago, and then again today. Both times I was served by “the older lady” (as some call her). She is an absolute sweetheart, and reminds me of my own mother. She is always polite and always smiling. Now, don’t get me wrong, I was raised to RESPECT my elders. I speak to her as I would my own mother with “yes ma’am, no ma’am, please and thank you ma’am”. She, as with all humans, is very receptive to kind words and a calm, respectful attitude. I know that she is a perfectionist by her attention to detail, and checking everything twice… which I appreciate. People need to understand that people with anxiety and perfectionism can “seem” rude in their ways, but it isn’t the case at all. Please give her a break because she is out here killing it in the food industry. I admire her for living her best life. Thank you Subway lady for your impeccable and upbeat service. Me and my puppy appreciate you.“
