This place was a new restaurant that had opened on the Coralville Strip since we lived there back in 2016, so when we visited old friends, they took us here for lunch. The decor of the place is very eclectic and it's very dark like an old medieval tavern. My husband ordered a grilled cheese and I had the pretzel bites. They both were quite tasty. We also all ordered a chocolate cube to share for dessert that was absolutely delightful!
I love this place! It's been fun to see it evolve since it's opening and I hope it stays strong. Will have to update my food photos next time but be assured that their food is excellent. I am in love with (and currently jonesing for) their Bratchos, I have to get about two additional servings of banana peppers! I cant really rate this place since it doesn't appear to be open anymore.Unfortunately since their website still lists as 'open' my fiance and I drove over 45mins to check it out and were really bummed to drive up to a vacate lot.Are they closed for good? We would like to know....
