Staff killed it with my last minute breakfast order at 10:51 am! Ill drive the extra mile for this location. While the east Broadway location took my Mobile order money at 10:10 and didn't have food and were super rude about a refund.
This is a newer food vendor location where the dining area is usually not open. This means you have to go somewhere else to use the restroom. Some people still do like to wash their hands before eating, which seems to be of no importance to some businesses maintaining covid response protocols. I understand that kids make messes and you may be short staffed, but you are not a "restaurant" if you refuse to let people eat at your tables. New management....new atmosphere. I went to this Taco Bell location a few days ago and it was different from the last time I was here a few months ago. The staff were friendly including the manager. This might be the best fast food location with the best customer service in Council Bluffs right now.
